Ordered a pair of crocs for my husband…
Ordered a pair of crocs for my husband as a gift and accidentally chose the wrong size. I can completely understand that’s my fault, however when I wanted to rectify this only 10 minutes after making the order, they’re telling me they can’t make changes to the order and I just have to wait to receive them and then send them back. Just seems like unnecessary hassle when the situation can be resolved much more easily on their end, especially as they are a big company. It’s a poor system they have in place and the customer service is not great either.
I bought the sandals
I bought the sandals, went in holiday and the broke within a week, don’t buy this particular sandal, I also have the picture but unable to upload, been offered a replacement but obviously I don’t want to repeat the experience, got money back.

Uk website clearly states UK SIZE 7 they turn up as 8 made out I was in the wrong and chat disconnected. I then got through to someone else offered 20% discount and then 40% chat cut off not good enough!

Absolutely disgusted with @Crocs signed up for the 15% Off only to find out I’ve been charged for the text with the discount code that actually doesn’t work, what a diabolical company. I wouldn’t have thought a company like this would be so deceiving. 😡
Do not buy from here!
Purchase made on 14th of June. Took 14 days to arrive! Despite being crocs uk - parcel came from the Netherlands according to tracking and travelled through different countries. Upon arriving and opening. I ordered size junior 3 and they are smaller than the junior 2 crocs that my daughter already owns! Significantly smaller! Talk about poorly made and wrong size. Returned them the same night -28th June 2025 and still waiting on a refund - they received the parcel on 30th June and I’ve been told it will take at least until the 15th of July to process my refund and that I won’t receive any emails or correspondence in relation this!! Absolutely pathetic. Worst company ever. Want crocs- order of JD. Ordered on the 28th and collected in store the next morning!! Avoid crocs uk website at ALL COST
I purchased a pair of crocs in January…
I purchased a pair of crocs in January 2025 they were a men’s size 11 and now they have shrunk so much that my wife who is a ladies size 7 cannot get her feet in them. When approaching Crocs, their attitude is tough luck they are only warranted for three months . I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Disgusting marketing practices - they should be ashamed of themselves.
They push a 15% discount code asking you to put a mobile number in and then you get a text asking you to reply Y - to a premium rate number!!!
At no point did they say this 15% discount was going to result in them trying to con me in to sending premium rate texts.
I had 4 pairs (1 for each of the family) £150+ in my basket - I thought a nice little treat for everyone before we go on holiday.
Now down to these awful marketing tactics not only have I decided not order ANY of them I've reported crocs.co.uk and decided to right this stinking review of what I consider very very dubious tactics!
crocs.co.uk this just smacks of numerous scam sites out there now, which is appalling for such a well known brand.
As many others have said AVOID this website & company like the plague - these are not the marketing tactics of a decent organisation!!!!

I purchased my husband a pair of crocs for his birthday. I ordered a UK size 9 which was clearly stated on the size selector (it had UK under the size). When they arrived, they sent a size bigger and not what I ordered. I used the online chat and the advisor was really rude and ‘hung up’ on me mid conversation. I emailed them and they have said that, as they’re an American company, they automatically send a size up. This goes against all UK trading standards as I have not been sent what I ordered. I’m really really unhappy with the customer service experience I’ve received. I am still fighting to have this rectified. I just want the shoes in the size I ordered - surely that’s not asking too much!! Shockingly bad company to deal with.

ordered , got wrong ones, way too big. set back, paid postage, reordered , got a pair that are tiny. still havnt got 1st refund. avoid, i will never order from crocs again, should have gone into a store and bought and not wasted time and money on postage and just so frustrating
Absolutely abysmal customer service
Absolutely abysmal customer service. Sizing chart needs urgent attention. What you order is not what you receive. Orders show different sizing to actual invoices. Really good, comfortable footwear, but the customer service lets them down big time.

Shame there is no 0 star rating available - purchase made on 18/05/25, received 6 days later. Ordered two pairs - same style different colour and returned one on 25/05/25 using their prepaid T48 label. This return was received by Crocs on 27/05/25. I reported return on Klarna and amended the payment for one pair only. Almost a MONTH later, which is Klarna payment due date, I received a notification from Klarna to state that Crocs have not confirmed the return. I checked tracking on the Royal Mail page and it was delivered on 27/05/25, so end of June and Crocs still have not processed my refund. Reached out to Crocs, provided all the details, (bare in mind this is already end of June), got an email to say that - your refund case has been created and is waiting for approval. Emmm, ok-how long? No reply. Went on to Live chat - even more useless. Now Klarna sent a notification that the payment is overdue (as Crocs had not confirmed the return) and if I want things to be sorted or there is some issue-contact Crocs directly. Well - that’s what I did. Apparently can take 10-14 days for the refund approval😂Ended up paying £80 for ONE pair of flip flops. Hopefully this refund wil get sorted. Although if Klarna is now paid for - where they’re going to refund me to.. I’m shocked. Customer service is nightmare. Refund process is nightmare. Avoid avoid avoid
Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. I realised immediately on placing order that shipping details were incorrect. I used the cancel order function but the order continued to be processed. Spoke to various agents who were all unhelpful and rude.
Poor customer service
I was sent the wrong size. I sent an email to inform them of this and, after a number of days, they told me they had sent the correct size and told me I must be confused. I sent them photographic evidence of their mistake and my lack of confusion. After another lengthy delay, they have now asked me to present the photographic evidence that I have already sent. This began in 14/6 and is no closer to resolution today, 30/6.
Fine if you don't need a refund
Ordered Crocs, they were delivered without issue and returned almost immediately.
Tracking shows they arrived back at the warehouse but I have yet to receive a refund and have had to email customer service, who have yet to respond.
Avoid this business
Avoid this business, if I could, I would give 0 stars. I hope I will get a refund. After two weeks awaiting my flips were "lost" in transit. They offer reshipment, but after those reviews, which unfortunately I have read too late, I have requested a refund. If you like this brand, buy Crocs from a more reliable website or shop.
AVOID CROCS!, Dodgy business practices.
My wife bought several pairs of crocs and returned the ones that werent the correct sizes. After being promised a refund, then an express refund they still havent refunded the money after nearly a month. Is this company real?, the service they offer or not as the case maybe is akin to a scam. You buy goods in good faith, sizes are way off then they keep your money after youve returned the goods. Avoid Crocs, buy anything else from anyone else. If anyone at Crocs disagrees with my review, contact me with a refund and the others still waiting, well gladly inform you of what a poorly treated customer thinks of you and your disgraceful company!
No actual office in the UK
A company that on the surface has a UK office but if you have a problem and need customer service you only have a Netherlands call centre land line with all the call costs that entails come in crocs get a local rate or freephone number
Very misleading
Very misleading. Crocs get you to subscribe offering discount. They get your mobile and email and then you attempt to use your discount code but it only works on very few items as most are already discounted and the code does not work on these. When I complained the WhatsApp agent was quite rude. I asked for a complaints form and the response was ‘have a wonderful day’. Eventually a nicer agent took my case, offered the discount in response to the poor attitude of precious agent, but was still unhelpful as could not be used in the crocs I wished to order, so pointless really. They have no email or complaints form and the only resolution was to call an international number. Very disappointing for a renowned company. Very misleading promise of discount to get you to subscribe. Hopefully they change their customer service style, their WhatsApp chat agents, and their lack of empathy towards their customers.

I’ve now waiting two and a half months for a refund spoken to three different people and back and forth emails with some awful people who don’t know what there doing only plus side was a gentlemen who I spoke to who was the only helpful person I was able to speak to got everything escalated and was very professional compared to the other coworkers who were just pushing me away and telling me to call my bank

Ordered Baya crocs for my holiday but after wearing them for a couple of hours it rubbed against the side of my foot cutting onto it! It was just the one side but was uncomfortable and was unable to wear them again 😐
