I can happily report the Crocs were delivered this morning (16th August) by Royal Mail. They are the correct style, size and colour. The Company kept me informed by email at every stage of the delivery process.

Contacted crocs directly with an issue I have never had before. No help, considering I purchase pairs and pairs of these yearly for me and my daughter. Couldn’t even offer to try and fix the shoe. Disgusting I won’t be using crocs anymore.
What a terrible experience
Wrong size sent, despite my ordering the correct size.
Told to return and also place another order (pay again!)
Then told my correct size not available.
Very difficult to return wrong items sent - Chat on website is awful, they kept disconnecting me rather than helping.
What a disappointing experience and I still haven't had my money back or the correct crocs :(
‘Help!’- Not Fab
This company’s customer service team is misleading and incompetent.
I was initially offered a 15% discount that wasn’t applicable to the Beatles Love Classics Crocs. This led me to believe that the price £69.99, was fixed and so I went ahead and purchased them anyway. However, quite soon after, I discovered that Crocs had reduced the Beatles Crocs by 50% in their sale! Unfortunately, my size was not available and therefore couldn’t take advantage of the current sale price.I contacted customer service and asked if they could review my case and consider offering a one-time gesture of goodwill, given the circumstances. A customer service representative offered me a 35% discount to use on my next purchase as a gesture of goodwill and I could use this on any purchase including collaboration collections. Great!
However, when I came to use the code when ordering the Elvis Crocs it didn’t work!
I contacted customer service again to be told that the customer service representative should not have given me the 35% discount to use on collaboration collections and ‘ Rest assured that we're going to deal with the previous agent promptly and make sure that this scenario won't happen again’
I am not going to pursue this matter any further and will not have anything to do with Crocs again. Totally incompetent and not customer friendly at all. All this over a 15% offer. Staggering!
I ordered 3 pairs of Crocs
I ordered 3 pairs of Crocs. None were right: too big, too small, and all mismatched pairs, whereby one was clearly bigger than the other. But the bigger problem was the refund. Despite returning the goods, I was only refunded for two pairs after a significant delay and the third refund did not arrive, and despite repeated assurances from Crocs chat customer services that the refund had been processed, it was not, so I have had to file the chargeback claim with my credit card company to hopefully get my money back. I have proof on their own website that the goods have been returned and received by their warehouse. I would suggest you avoid this company at all costs and if you want Crocs, buy them from a different retailer, preferably one based in your own country. I’m in the UK, but I understand that Crocs are in the Netherlands. This is a dishonest and unethical company.
BEWARE - Pretends To Accept Discount Code
I have tried numerous times this week to try and purchase a pair of Crocs, using a Discount Code. On each occasion, the page accepts the discount code and shows the final price for me to pay, but on the next page (payment page), at the bottom of the screen, the discount has been added back on and shows the payment to be taken will be the Full Price!! I found the sandals elsewhere for the discounted price which was a bonus.
Abysmal customer service
Just awful experience with crocs.
Ordered 2 pairs of clogs only one pair arrived.
Contacted customer service (joke) explained situation and was told “there is no order for the second pair in the original order which is a lie. Do they investigate complaints at all? The confirmation of order does indeed include two pairs. I have contacted them twice again but no response. This is an atrocious way to treat customers complaints. I will now be disputing the transaction with my bank and I certainly won’t be buying from this website again.
Very bad quality
I've bought crocs for decades but the quality has dropped hugely in recent years. I bought a pair made in Italy over 10 years ago, they lasted and lasted. My latest three pairs were made in Indonesia or Vietnam. They are absolute rubbish. The tread lasted for about three months before they were so slick that they were unsafe. I'll be looking for alternative products now.

I have been waiting a month for a refund from Crocs after buying online. My item was received by Crocs, returns post on 24/06/25. I have chased it again this week to be told I need to allow another 7-14 days for my refund to be reviewed and returned. I am beginning to wonder if I will ever get my money back. Terrible customer service.

So firstly, they have a really confusing sizing system so they must get a lot of returns based on this.
The first pair we ordered were too big. So returned & they received within 3 days. 2 weeks later no confirmation or refund. Chased & they said we’d get the refund within 10 working days of them receiving it (already passed)
So we gave it a few more days & this time they say “Your refund case has been created and sent for review. If approved, you will see a refund of £24.49 in 10 business days
Please note that some additional time may be necessary for the credit to post to your account depending on your financial institution.”
This is a joke & breaking the law as they have 14 days from receipt to refund.

Best customer service experience
Honestly, the best customer service experience that I had until today in UK. I can not believe how they are so quick but I did not connect live chat in a minute. Customer service acknowledged what i need and found quick, affective solution. They were so helpful and understanding. Thank you !

Just had order delivered but flip flops are damaged so I did a live chat but the only way to get a refund is if I email a friend, ask in work, ask family or look for my nearest library as RETURN LABEL NEEDS FO BE PRINTED.
I have no access to a printer.

Crocs UK there is no such thing if you need to call them, customer service no such thing, I unfortunately accepted the wrong address when using Apple Pay for delivery, straight into crocs within minutes of the order being placed, I was told due to the speed they process there orders nothing could be done 3 days later the order still hasn’t been dispatched and they are still refusing to change the delivery address.
Returns only offered if you can print your own label.
Ordered the wrong size as US sizes on UK website. Tried to return and they only offer returns if you have access to your own printer, which I don't! I asked for a return QR code (which most retailers offer) so I can leave with Post Office but they don't offer this service. Ended up having to keep shoes that will never fit! Wont buy from them again.

Careful people. These products shrink if you’re outside in the heat. You know when you wear them…..when it’s hot. I’ve had two pairs shrink from a size 10 to a size 5 nearly and all Crocs said was “we’ve listed it on store receipts, on our website and in our FAQ.
I’ve suggested maybe a banner across the website stating “these shrink in the heat”.
I ask for a refund and they offered 20% discount for another pair of shoes that you wear when it’s hot that shrink 👀👀👀 - no thanks!

I bought the Crocs Women's Brooklyn Low Wedge Clog from Amazon based on the 11k 4.8 star reviews of that design - as everyone had said how comfortable they are.
I am a size 4 and that size sliced through my feet like razors!
So I ordered the size up and the same thing! Skin rubbed off of feet so they bled!
I went back to look at the reviews on Amazon and - not one person in 11k have had an awful time with this design. Or a low review.
Dodgy that seemingly all bad reviews are removed.
Poor design and build quality
Brought my first pair of Crocs for a family holiday. I went for a new design that had crocs written on the side of the shoe. When out walking on a slopping pavement my toes literally burst through the side wall causing me to fall injure my ankle and cut my leg.
I sent the info to Crocs and questioned the design and also build quality, it was lucky there was no passing traffic or I could have been seriously injured. Crocs were completely unsympathetic and finally after repeatedly sending them pictures offered a refund or like for like replacement. The issue was clearly not appreciated and response extremely poor.
Be very cautious if your thinking of buy as they are not of the standard and quality they are hyped to be.
4 weeks on still waiting for my refund!
I orderd2 lots of crocs and badges that were £86 in total but Royal.Mail returned and never attempted to deliver them. I spoke to Croc straight away but they weren't bothered. Told me they refund them. That was 4 weeks ago and im still waiting!! Told me it's been refunded but my bank said it hasn't. 4 chats later 2 cases raised and still no money. Disgusting never buy from this company happy to keep my money and don't give a shit!!
