Wrong size crocs
My daughter ordered me a pair of crocs size 11M for my Birthday to take on holiday next week. Yes you guessed it, they sent a 12M.
I checked my daughters order and it was correct. They had one job. Idiots.

Disappointing as they are the same size as the size 12 crocs we have I don’t understand how these can be size 1 when they are exactly the same size as the kids 12s?was a present and didn’t know as they where in the packaging so so disappointing and what a waste of £45!!

Order stuck at 'processing' and has not shipped, ordered as a gift that will not arrive on time.
It is not made clear orders are shipped to the UK from the Netherlands.
There is also no facility to even cancel an order before it has 'processed' or even shipped. Why? why do I have to wait for a gift that will arrive late when I could cancel it now since it hasn't even been sent?

Don’t trust crocs
The refund policy says 30 days and money back within 14 days which they did not fulfil. It’s been well over a month. I have not received my money back. Don’t trust them when it comes to refunds and all they say it’s been issued.

Simply the worst customer experience I have ever had. I took up the case on behalf of my wife who was ignored. Multiple promises of replacements, refunds etc and still after 6 months and multiple attempts, they have not delivered on their promises of refund. Intend to raise as fraud case with credit card company DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I was waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks, aparenty is lost in transit. I contacted to find out what's happening, and been told to wait for another day. Contacted again, and they disconnected chat. Reship takes another 10 days for only processing, but item out of stock. Asked for refund - been told is a subject for approval! Completely ridiculous! Feel completedy cheated on! Just give me my money back!
Another Crocs winner
Not sure why so many negative reviews, my experience with crocs over the years has always been good have only had to returned one pair and the process was easy quick and free, once again delighted with latest purchase of the Classic Sneaker black/chalk which are funky, chunky and comfy ordered in usual UK size 6 perfect fit and true to size, what's not to like.
Don’t expect a refund…
Terrible company to buy from. The sizing runs extremely large. Then when you want to return the item, don’t expect a refund anytime soon. Constantly chasing and being told ‘your refund will be with you in 3-5 business days’ on numerous occasions. Still haven’t received my money. Avoid at all costs.

Less than one star. I should have checked these reviews before I ordered. I returned crocks over 10 days ago and am still waiting for for refund. I've chased this and now the company are ignoring my emails. My advice is dont buy direct as customer service is terrible. The crocs sizes are all over the place, so much so that you don't know what size to buy, my advice is get something else more reliable and worth your money. I have now had to dispute through credit card account.

0 if i could. Disgrace of a service. I ordered size 9 men but for some reason the website selected size 9 women. I emailed them straight away no response. Then waited till the online chat opened messaged got told they cant change the order. I said surely you can as it has not been dispatched and the order has not been processed. Chat got ended by the agent. Beautiful customer service this!

Awful company
Awful company, not based in the UK despite being UK Crocs. The lost my parcel, they won't investigate for a long time. They also are reluctant to give me a refund, it has to be 'approved' I meant I paid them money and the parcel hasn't arrived?! I'm still waiting, I placed my order 4 weeks ago. If you really want to buy the shoes - buy from a UK based stockist.

Offer all over google stating 2 pairs of Getaway sandals for £50, however it doesn’t reduce the total when you order two.

But I needn’t have worried the crocs delivered were the size that I ordered and they were delivered by the Royal Mail.

Disgusting customer service! Beyond a joke. Crocs ordered 5 weeks ago. Crocs cancelled the order. 5 weeks letter no refund on my account! Customer service closed chat when asked for proof of refund which apparently they sent 5days ago. No money no proof of refund!! Never ever again to buy from them!
Needing to chase a return.…
If of any helps to others with recent dealings, I have had my refund for crocs returns this week having waited since it was scanned in with them on the 10th April. The only way I successfully did this was through the online chat and it was then instigated. It was quite worrying partic as I was awaiting a large sum really. I have otherwise had good experience with croc replacements with the company.

Crocs received my returned shoes on the 10th April.I have still not had a refund. Sent several requests for the money sometimes they answer with it will with you in a few days.Sometimes they don't reply at all.Crocs online business must be very profitable for the company.As they get the returned item to sell again and keep your money.
No refund and no reply about tracked Crocs return
Crocs failed to reply to my emails and did not refund my money for the returned shoe. I tracked the return and it was delivered on 14 April 2025. I emailed Crocs via their website and received a case number and have heard nothing since. It has not been possible to contact Crocs and Chat service has not been available.
