Crane Garden Buildings provided an overall impressive experience with excellent service from ordering to installation. Although there was a hiccup with a custom design, the team, especially Sam, offered a viable alternative. The on-site teams and customer service were both professional and efficient, leading to a satisfactory installation of my potting shed with custom features. Some aspects of after-sales service left room for improvement, but I'm ultimately pleased with my garden building. Looking forward to enjoying many hours in it! 4 stars.

The Crane Building Show Centre has a fabulous collection of buildings on display with two amazing sales advisors - Esther and Karen.
We have mainly been looked after by Esther whose knowledge and advice has been invaluable to help in making any decision along with the reassurance that any additional queries or questions along the way will be answered. Overall the service so far has been exceptional

Crane Garden Buildings at Nottingham were very helpful when buying our Garden Shed last year.
We were so delighted with the quality , that we decided to have a Summerhouse for our garden this year! Esther at Nottingham helped us with both purchases.

Excellent customer service supporting us with the design, site preparation and completion of our new garden room. Crane were very flexible as our thinking evolved, and have a very efficient communication and logistics system which helped us through a few tricky decisions. The Knockholt team were very helpful, Tan in customer services was excellent, and all the fitters were friendly and tidy, as well as clearly experts in their work.

Absolutely brilliant service from initial order, through customer care contact, and finally delivery and installation. I love my new potting shed, and am so pleased I opted for the custom built workbench and an opening window - looking forward to many happy gardening hours!

Very disappointed with after sales service. I thought that buying a quality greenhouse I would have excellent after care .The response from Crane was "The cost to replace the glass for your Greenhouse to include parts, travel, and labour. The cost of this repair will cost £1088.25. Unfortunately, we are not sure when we will next be going to Devon, at the minute our scheduling team are not sure if we will be going this side of Christmas. If this is something you would like to go ahead with please give us a call on the number below we can take payment over the phone" absolutely zero customer service. Zero after sales support. I would never use this company again and I would advise potential clients to use Hartley Botanic or Alitex whi are far more trusted and respectected. I wish I had never heard of them

I love the way put ‘may seem high’ it’s a ridiculous quote in excess of £1,000 I would think it wise to inform future customers /purchasers that you do not honour the 10- year guarantee.
The green house is about 3 years old but you offer a 10-year guarantee is it only when it suits you ?

When you install nationally you cannot pick and choose your repairs. You should act like a national company or only supply to the area you would like to cover.

I think 100 % of your customers would agree that £1,088.25p is a large sum of money let alone for 1 pane of glass.

Sam was incredibly helpful showing us around and spending time explaining things.
Unfortunately our hybrid design which we had discussed with Sam wasn’t able to be made in the end but Sam came back to us with an alternative design which we’ve gone with.
Great interaction with Sam. It would have been 5 stars if the original design idea could have been made.
Garden sheds that gave more of the aesthetic of a summerhouse I’m sure might be popular if available.
