Effegibi sauna
I meet Nikita Punjabi at CP Hart to look at Effegibi Sauna unit, she was very helpful in very way on information of the product and kept us informed by emails regarding the final costings and kept us up to date, I would recommend them as very professional in very way on my project.

Nikita was absolutely fantastic and made such a difference to our visit to the CP Hart Waterloo showroom.
What really stood out was her knowledge. She clearly knows her products inside out and was exceptionally knowledgeable about the huge range available, both in the showroom and online. Her explanations were clear and detailed, and she was able to answer every question we had with confidence. You could immediately tell that she genuinely knows what she is talking about.
She was also incredibly helpful and attentive. She listened carefully to our ideas and preferences, understood what we were trying to achieve and made thoughtful, practical suggestions without ever being pushy. She guided us through everything we needed to choose while making the whole process feel clear and manageable.
We arrived feeling completely overwhelmed by everything we needed to choose and left feeling as though a huge weight had been lifted off our shoulders. We came away with a much clearer idea of what we wanted and feeling genuinely excited about our choices.
Nikita’s expertise, patience and professionalism were exceptional. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Michaela is a star!
I would highly recommend Michaela to anyone looking for help with bathrooms, fittings, or renovation projects. I work in property maintenance and renovation in London, so I’ve had plenty of experience dealing with different suppliers and showrooms, and I’ve learned a lot from Michaela.
She has always been very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, and she takes the time to explain things properly. Her advice and support have been genuinely valuable to me, and I really appreciate how willing she is to share her knowledge.
Michaela is a real credit to the showroom and someone I’m always happy to deal with. Excellent customer service and a genuinely helpful person. Highly recommended.

Professional, Polite and Efficient
Peter from Aftersales Team provided a very smooth experience in helping me resolve my issue. He was well prepared before contacting me, which showed great efficiency and professionalism. Did not waste my time at all.
I was particularly impressed by his politeness, which is sadly quite rare nowadays. He was also very patient, took the time to listen, and acted accordingly to make sure the problem was properly resolved.

Excellent customer service by Mandy Davies
Mandy helped us with sorting out the parts we needed for our Vileroy Boch toilet seat. It was quite complicated in finding cereal numbers etc. She helped us and also telephoned us to make sure we were ordering the correct parts. She is an exceptional customer services adviser. A great experience!
Quick update - CP hart asked me who had helped me on the day so that they could pass on my feedback - I went back into my emails. And I see it was Melissa - thank you Melissa!! Thanks to the After Sales team who diligently tracked a request for me, for a component supplied by an italian manufacturer sho happened not to be open in August! I would normally expect to have to chase for followups, but as soon as September rolled around, the team contacted the manufacturer, confirmed the part was available, and let me know - excellent service, thank you!!

Knowledgable and helpful
Very helpful and not just a soulless on line purchase. I was buying expensive toto smart toilets after having had a bad experience with an on line purchase of a cheaper Japanese toilet. Jasmine Mackay asked me my requirements and suggested two different toilets for upstairs and downstairs and offered me a discounted price. Delivery was excellent and follow up support too! recommend using CP Hart!

Best delivery experience
The support we received for the planning was great, although there was a mix up with our delivery date which delayed our project by a month annoyingly. I recommend chasing immediately after you place the order to confirm stock and delivery date.
I was especially impressed by the delivery team - shout out to Bastien and Ian!
Having received many deliveries recently for our bathroom renovation, they have been the only ones who actually helped deliver fragile items inside the house.

Perfect customer service and great products
I called C.P. Hart to ask for help to kit out my new bathroom. I was immediately put through to Mandy Davies who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She talked me through options and pointed out things to be mindful of - not having done a renovation before there were lots of things I was unaware of. She always responded straight away and delivery was quick and smooth. Unfortunately we had to exchange the bath with a smaller one (my mistake) but once again Mandy came to my aid and made the whole process quick and painless. She was amazing. Hands down best customer service I’ve ever had.

Michaela was great at coming up with design suggestions and was very patient while helping me make a decision (no easy feat!) My new bathroom is perfect and I am so happy with all of the fittings we chose. The showroom in Waterloo was incredible and great for inspiration.
