The toilet of my dreams :)
I spoke to the lovely Jasmine Mackay who helped me obtain the toilet of my dreams over the phone. She helped guide me through the correct Toto model for my requirements and I was able to pay via an email link. The process was smooth and easy. I couldn't have done this without the help of Jasmine, so thanks again :)

CP HART - not what it was 15 years ago…
Having spent thousands of pounds for two bathroom refurbs I will not be using them ever again. The quality of the products is of course excellent. The customer service is on the floor. I chased and chased for my tap that was late by 4 weeks. They then said they’d sent it only for me to receive a piece of piping. I sent an email to 4 members of staff and not one person responded until I chased. Pass agg attitude from customer service. Lip service all the way.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality of the products, although we are sorry to hear that your overall experience left you disappointed.
Having reviewed our records, we can see that you personally spoke with both our Showroom Manager and our Head of Customer Service to discuss your concerns, including the compensation you were seeking. We openly acknowledged the error made by our logistics team, and sincerely apologised for this.
The product was not reported to us as incorrect until four days after the delivery had been received. You subsequently contacted us over a weekend when our offices were closed. When the matter was picked up by our team on the Monday, a plan of action was immediately put in place to retrieve the incorrect goods and arrange the correct product. The replacement was then hand-delivered to you personally by a member of our Aftersales team on the Tuesday, just 24 business hours after we received your complaint.
We appreciate that receiving an incorrect item is frustrating, and we are sorry for the error. However, we believe it is important to clarify that once the issue was brought to our attention, we apologised, took ownership of the mistake and worked to put it right as quickly as possible.
With regard to the delay in receiving the tap, occasional delays can unfortunately occur during the ordering process, particularly with non-stocked products that are being supplied from Europe. Our understanding is that our team kept you updated throughout the process as soon as information became available to us from Hansgrohe.
We are disappointed that, despite our efforts to resolve the issues as quickly as possible, you have been left with this impression of our customer service. We nevertheless appreciate your feedback and will continue to review our processes to ensure we provide the best possible experience for our customers.

I like to thank CP Hart for their incredible after sale service that doesn't just deliver products and support which is obviously very important...They go well beyond the call of duty.
Melissa, the person I'm working with, never gives up till she is able to produce the required part while keeping you informed at all times.
Melissa managed to source an old part after trying twice before, went to the manufactures that in return went to their suppliers and mange to find the part.

Good CP Hart service but poor Dornbracht quality
Just having a person to sort out the replacement part and send the payment link. So many suppliers are only focussed on the original sale. I value good service.
(I was less happy with a dripping Dornbracht tap after 2 years of use and not being covered by their claimed 5 year guarantee. They claimed some nonsense about usage, water quality and the like, whereas my old outside brass tap is 20 years old and still not dripping)
