- C.P. Hart has been at the forefront of premium bathrooms in the UK since it was established as a family business in 1937. Our goal is to be known by all for our market leading designs, products and service. We are governed by three values: putting the customer first; getting it right first time; and winning as a team.
- C.P. Hart Bathrooms
- We are proud of our track record of being first to market with many of the UK’s most sought after bathroom brands and of our association with many of the world’s most respected product designers – luminaries such as Philippe Starck, Jean-Marie Massaud, Patricia Urquiola and Antonio Citterio. These complement our own, C.P. Hart branded collections. Equally, we source only from the highest quality manufacturers – international companies such as Duravit, Hansgrohe, Dornbracht, Toto and Gessi, and leading domestic players such as Samuel Heath, Matki and Imperial.
- From our 15 showrooms, primarily in London and the South East, we design, supply and arrange installation of bathrooms nationwide. Our 20,000 square-feet flagship showroom spreads beneath the railway arches of London’s Waterloo station and has been designed as a showcase for our extensive product collections. A great experience!
Quick update - CP hart asked me who had helped me on the day so that they could pass on my feedback - I went back into my emails. And I see it was Melissa - thank you Melissa!! Thanks to the After Sales team who diligently tracked a request for me, for a component supplied by an italian manufacturer sho happened not to be open in August! I would normally expect to have to chase for followups, but as soon as September rolled around, the team contacted the manufacturer, confirmed the part was available, and let me know - excellent service, thank you!!

Good Morning Joy
We are delighted to hear that our After Sales team were able to keep track of your request and ensure that you received an update as soon as the manufacturer reopened in September. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a supplier is closed and appreciate your kind words regarding the proactive follow-up from our team.
If you happen to remember the name of the member of our After Sales team who assisted you, we would be very grateful if you could let us know. We would love to share your praise with them personally.
Thank you again for your wonderful feedback, it really means a lot to the team!

Knowledgable and helpful
Very helpful and not just a soulless on line purchase. I was buying expensive toto smart toilets after having had a bad experience with an on line purchase of a cheaper Japanese toilet. Jasmine Mackay asked me my requirements and suggested two different toilets for upstairs and downstairs and offered me a discounted price. Delivery was excellent and follow up support too! recommend using CP Hart!

Best delivery experience
The support we received for the planning was great, although there was a mix up with our delivery date which delayed our project by a month annoyingly. I recommend chasing immediately after you place the order to confirm stock and delivery date.
I was especially impressed by the delivery team - shout out to Bastien and Ian!
Having received many deliveries recently for our bathroom renovation, they have been the only ones who actually helped deliver fragile items inside the house.

We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with the support you received during the planning stage and that our delivery team made such a positive impression. The team will be delighted to know that their care and willingness to help were appreciated.
I’m sorry, however, to hear about the mix-up with your delivery date and the impact this had on your project. We completely appreciate how frustrating it must have been for this to delay your bathroom renovation by a month, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Thank you again for your recommendation and for highlighting both the positive aspects of your experience and where we could have done better. Your feedback is genuinely appreciated.

Perfect customer service and great products
I called C.P. Hart to ask for help to kit out my new bathroom. I was immediately put through to Mandy Davies who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She talked me through options and pointed out things to be mindful of - not having done a renovation before there were lots of things I was unaware of. She always responded straight away and delivery was quick and smooth. Unfortunately we had to exchange the bath with a smaller one (my mistake) but once again Mandy came to my aid and made the whole process quick and painless. She was amazing. Hands down best customer service I’ve ever had.

The entire experience from advice to delivery was excellent
The entire experience from advice choosing my products, to continuing help with alterations before delivery, and after sales queries was excellent. My project wasn't that large but I was always treated with courtesy and care, response times were always prompt. If my Sales Manager was not available a colleague was always happy to help.
CPHart own products are very good quality and work well with other different brands. I would definitely recommend them as a company that takes the stress out of sourcing and then storing and delivering on time all bathroom products. Also their recommendation of a company to install has worked out brilliantly.

Excellent Quality and Fantastic Service
We could not be happier with the service we received from CP Hart. From start to finish, the whole experience was professional, friendly and completely stress-free.
In particular, Nikita Punjabi, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She is knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely took the time to understand what I wanted. This was a huge project for us. Changing a bedroom into a bathroom so starting from scratch in one room as well as refitting our ensuite. Nikita was so reassuring and helpful and made a very stressful experience so much easier. Nothing was too much trouble, and she kept us informed throughout the process.
In addition, the two delivery drivers, Bastien and Ian, were also completely fantastic. We live on a very main road, it was pouring with rain and I was on my own. They were really efficient, quick and so kind and calm and I am very grateful to them.
There were some tweaks once the installation started and each time Nikita responded straight away and was resolved quickly.
We would highly recommend CP Hart to anyone looking for a new bathroom. Excellent service from start to finish, great communication and the brilliant Nikita — 5 stars without hesitation!

The toilet of my dreams :)
I spoke to the lovely Jasmine Mackay who helped me obtain the toilet of my dreams over the phone. She helped guide me through the correct Toto model for my requirements and I was able to pay via an email link. The process was smooth and easy.
