Problem with the product upon receipt. Zipper broken.
Now having to jump through various processes inspite of already providing the pictures and details.
Secondly the quality of the new cushions is not nearly as good as my previous order, again as per my feedback.

Your webpage is flawed. I ordered 2 custom covers both in beige. however, when I adjusted the measurements on the order it changed my color to a default. so now i have 2 custom covers of 2 different colors- neither of which i ordered or thought i was ordering

I ordered six covers. I wanted to Delay ordering because I was travelling and wanted to make sure I was back home. Client services assured me that if asked for review of the sizes from the designer and in the notes I asked for a specific date for delivery ( after a certain date). It would not be an issue. I proceeded with the order and the note. A week later, I got a notification that the items would arrive right in the middle of my travel. I contacted them immediately and they said nothing could be done as they had shipped them already. No signature required, which meant just left outside.
The reply below by the vendor is useless. I opened a Ticket 00755083 and never received an answer.

Today is 26-04-26They just me sent me an email asking how happy I was with my order - Are they really taking the **** - Item was supposed to be delivered 17-4 by Fed Express ( they advised) - never arrived - Have chased up so many times and not got resolution - then informed delivery by UPS and given tracking No - contacted USP and they did not identify number - checked Cover& All website - showed out for delivery then 2 days later showed processing - as if new order - I am first time buyer - so unimpressed - even checked if they were a scam - customer service is crap - no-one has called me and some messages promising delivery are not fulfilled - I have told them that this should be sorted by now otherwise,watch what I am going to post on every scoial media site about my experience with ther company

Second time I’ve used this company, first time was for a larger job, cushion covers for outdoor settee, second a small bbq cover. Both were equally good. Really good quality and value

I called immediately after ordering because the measurements were wrong. I tried to modify them over the phone, but the agent I spoke with couldn't understand the new measurements due to a language barrier and to be honest it didn't seem like they understood the metric system either. I eventually gave up and asked to cancel. They wouldn't allow me to cancel over the phone, but instead said someone would get back to me. Then I get an email from someone asking for the new measurements...very frustrating. So I had to contact them again through chat, where I talked with someone who told me the only way I can cancel is by talking to someone on the "cancellation team"...who had already reached out to me and insisted on getting new measurements instead of cancelling my order. This issue is still unresolved. All this kinda makes it seem like a scam. If you call immediately after placing an order and it takes you this much effort and frustration just to cancel, something's wrong. Also, you can't open a ticket on an order to escalate, the option is there but when you click nothing happens. The whole experience has been odd.

Disappointed that sales force did not ever offer 6 inch grommets for the best fit for my Tarp Tuff shade. (I had 12 inch spacing) After 2 weeks having it installed, the wind would cause the shade to reverberate off the top of pergola and make so much noise one could not even communicate. I am taking it down today and purchase PVC slats to add on top of pergola for sun relief. The picture you show on your website makes for a perfectly resting shade - I offered to return the Tarp at my expense and you could credit my visa for what I Paid $ 243.73 but have not heard from you, plus you sent me wrong shade the first time and sent me the correct size shade as replacement so I will now have 2 perfectly Tarp Tuff shades with nothing to do with them and I did purchase the Assurance package.

The quality of the midline product was great. Much heavier than the ones I bought from a competitor a few years ago.
My only observation was when I asked sales to help me with measurements it took a few days for them to respond. Also I contacted customer service after I received the items… and the response I got said someone would respond in two hours. Someone did respond but it certainly was not it two hours.
