My marriage came to an end recently and having two children between us, I felt stressed, overwhelmed and really confused about how things like life insurance work.
I dont have any property or savings and I was worried I had nothing to leave the kids if anything happened to me as this is very important to me and making sure my kids are looked after is my top priority.
After contacting Cover Direct and speaking with Liam, he was able to answer all my questions.
I had a limited budget but Liam got to work and found me a fantastic policy that would leave my kids looked after.
I found Liam very friendly, knowledgeable in his field and being a father with children himself i felt he had empathy with my situation and I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me.
I would highly recrecommend Cover Direct and would like to thank Liam for his help in creating some stability in my life and i can rest easy knowing my kids will be looked after

He knows his stuff, and puts your best interests first
Liam arranged my cover 4 years ago and has recently overseen my renewal which resulted in a significant smaller monthly cost (which for a diabetic is not easy). He’s one of the good ones and a pleasure to deal with.

Myself and my husband used Liam as newcomers to life insurance.
He guided us throughout the whole process. I had a few hoops to jump through but he got us what we needed.
He’s such a nice guy. Very friendly, easy to talk to and really knows his stuff.
He was always at hand for any questions that we had. We will 100% recommend him to others and consult with him for our insurance purposes in the future.

Great customer service
I am writing to compliment one of your staff members, Carlo Nusca. He must be the most helpful and friendly person I have ever encountered within a business . He has been honest and provided me with information regarding my life insurance policy that I already had with another company, he advised me to contact them and request an extension in my policy as this would be financially cheaper for me rather than setting up a new one. This was successful and I only have to pay £3 extra per month, thank you Carlo!
Then he advised me about putting my life insurance into trusts for my children and explained about how this would not be included within my estate when I pass, then to offer the ultimate customer service he talked me through all the paperwork and advised me what to do!
Absolutely fantastic customer service I will definitely be returning to Carlo at Credit direct when I need to renew my life insurance policy and I will be recommending him to anyone who is looking for life insurance with a friendly, honest man who offers a first class customer service.
