Our service has one key metric: positive customer outcomes. We leverage technology and a considered customer journey to understand your risks and inform you along the way, so you fully understand the products available and why they might be suitable. We then provide whole of market quotes and advice — across 18 insurers and 6 healthcare providers — to ensure product suitability and affordability every time. Our advised process runs through five stages: Consultation, Needs Assessment, Recommendation, Setup and Trust, and Claim if the time ever comes. Our advisers are Cert CII qualified with the RO5 protection specialism. They are personable and always available to their clients. Every meeting is a free consultation, booked at a time that suits you. There are no fees to you — we are remunerated by the insurer once your cover is in place. For businesses we offer Business 360 — a single advised engagement covering the business itself (shareholder, key person, debt), employee benefits and each individual employee's personal protection, with one dedicated account manager across all three. We set the standard for an ongoing relationship, helping our customers protect themselves, their families and their loved ones — now and in the future, no matter what happens or changes as life moves forward.
