You are in good hands with Liam and the team at Cover Direct. Liam took the time to listen to my changing circumstances and the transitions I was making to help me find the right cover and protection. I really felt that he went out of his way to find what was best for me making me feel reassured and less anxious about life changes.

Liam was fantastic. He understood my financial and life situation and explained how all the types of protection work, before recommending me critical illness cover that meets my needs. Super shady
Super shady. Received a welcome email after never signing up for their service.
They actually appear to be linked to a super-shady data farm company called Blue Volt/ UK Best Offers who were using my data they’d bought 5 years ago.
They have some very troubling business practices. Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid.
The response below is nonsensical. I have submitted an erasure GDPR request so I hope you have not sent me an email.
Further, I have encountered your service: you illegally contacted me.

I loved working with Carlo
I loved working with Carlo, really good for a complete novice like myself, had a lot of patience, didn't mind explaining things multiple times as long as you understood the product at the end - which I did.
Really easy to talk to, we had a great chat about life in general, but when it came to my personal financial situation he made me feel at ease, that I was going in the right direction and was not in the slightest bit pushy.
Would definitely recommend him and have already.
