Need a return and nobody answered 3 emails that have been sent
Very poor customer service

It was great that I got a refund to have my purchase match the new reduced pricing. However I am still waiting for a response to my email concerning when my order will actually arrive after the pre order date has passed.

Cannot fault this company or its products! Always helpful customer service, always great products. I have been ordering Cosatto products for many years! Happy customer

Cosatto I’ve been trying to contact you via email and phone and to absolutely no avail. My stroller is just a year since purchase and the wheel broke as I was pushing my child nearly toppling him out of it. It has a 4 year warranty and I’ve contacted looking for a replacement wheel or buggy and no one has come back to me at all. We have no back up for our little boy . Customer service to me is 👎 can someone please contact me back or at least give me a contact detail of
A department that will actually deal with my issue

This is not suitable for all terrain as advertised. It shakes, rattles and my baby is unstable in it. I’ve tried to return it for over a month but the customer service is very sloe. I still haven’t had a resolution. In the meantime I have no pushchair. Awful.

Very poor stroller tiny small frame with a flimsy hood

Some huge improvements with this new 360 seat, in particular the button for the 360 spin, it's a dream. Fitting it is pretty straight forward and the little ones love the designs. Couldn't be happier.

I am thrilled with the ease of ordering and the speed and efficiency of the delivery process. The baby car seat looks and feels even better than it did in the images. We have yet to install it in the car but trust that this too will be an easy process.

I’ve spent almost 300 euro on a buggy that I can’t use, I have not received an email for collection. Please contact me asap, otherwise I’m arranging a chargeback.

Please can you reply to my email on 7 of October, I tried ringing today from Ireland to a UK number and after 10 minutes on hold I gave up.

The brake automatically goes on when I push the buggy forward a few feet, please advise how this can be fixed.

The buggy is not working properly, besides the brake, the back support for the child keeps falling back.

I’m very dissatisfied and discontent with Cosatto.

I’ve got a continental bundle and I loved it, but the bundle is too big and too heavy for myself. I’ve send an email to customer care to return it, cause I was going to buy again Cosatto, but some smaller items, they return my email saying that as Im in Ireland I needed to send an email to repairscumiskeysnurseryservicecom. I did it! They answered me after a long time and the last update they said they’d collect the items last Monday, 21st of October, today is 25th, and I’ve send couple of emails and no answer yet! I need it returned and my money back ASAP!

On 20th I’ve bought the new cosatto items: Order #IE4774 confirmed, I’ve got 2 items only on 23rd, but I had bought 3 items. I’m missing the third item. Where is that? Lost? I didn’t get any explanation yet!

Liking it so far. 9 mth old seems comfortable in it.

Hood is difficult to attach and doesn't cover much of the car seat. The button to turn is on the right so have to reach behind the seat to use it. The leg button is on the left (closer) possibly should be opposite for usability when seat is behind passenger seat.

I love the footmuff! It's super cosy and looks great. It arrived very quickly and was well packaged.

We have two babies under two and had the same highchair for our first baby, loved it so much we ordered another when our second baby ready to start! Ordering easy, delivery quick and with DPD 👍

Beautiful design and great quality. Universal fit was perfect for our uppababy vista buggy. Would definitely recommend

My stroller arrived and it had mould on it. Impossible to get a reply to sort Issue out.

Unfortunately, it seems very difficult to get a reply from customer support. First issue was regarding the tracking and delivery of a travel system and now the second time I haven't gotten a reply is registering my purchase - and you have 28 days to do so. I hope this gets fixed, otherwise any future communication would be a nightmare.
