Collected order from their depot in Cadley but was very disappointed when I got it home and the groundworkers could not connect the corner pieces due to holes being in the wrong place. This combined with none of the bolts provided going through the steel without drilling led me to return the whole order. I reordered from another supplier as had groundworkers doing nothing. Despite returning order in full some 13 days ago I am still awaiting a refund. Poor product and poor service thusfar.

Very good service, most helpful at the ordering stage & at the warehouse when collecting, nothing is too much trouble.
The product (garden edging for raised beds) looks great once if has weathered in after a couple of months.
We have used the company twice now for our garden makeover and will return in future for our next project.

This is a great company with a great product. The customer service was amazing, with David suggesting I come to the warehouse to pick up my item to save on the shipping costs. When there I had a great time being shown round the huge range of products, helping me to visualise my next project.

Your customer service is excellent, they were easy to contact for advise and information. Delivery was reasonable and the product is high quality especially for a sample, which was really helpful with the client.

The process from initial inquiry, product versatility, You tube videos and David’s helpfulness via email was very reasurring for me as I had never used the product before.
I had seen the products around and decided that was what I needed for my project. I used 1500X750 panels for my back retaining wall 9 meters in length and a planter 3 meters by 600.
I received from David drawings of the items and an individual itemised quote, obviously this was quite a chunk at over £3k, so I had to be confident in the supplier.
I had to wait for the delivery as I kept going on holiday so it was a bit fiddly to fit it in but David was very accommodating.
As far as installation goes, I was a bit caught out as I had to dig down 750 mm below the panel for the retaining posts, which was a pain into clay, it was fiddly lining up holes to screw panels and posts together. When the posts are cemented in they make a solid structure to retain the bank behind.
If you are going to plan a job send photos and plan to David he will sort it out for you.

This was my first experience with CorTen steel. Installation of my circle went really smoothly with the joining clips easy to push into place. Then I filled it with soil to make a perfect Oudolf-style geometry for the centre of the garden. I have kept the steel visible all around the edge so it can weather into its orangey colour.

They have a huge variety of products. The service was very friendly. All good.
