Great product, great service
Took a bit of a punt choosing Corten steel over other products for a DIY landscaping job - it's quite an expensive option and I have no experience if using it - but very glad we did. The product is pretty easy to use, it's clearly good quality and it looks amazing. David at Cor Ten has been really helpful in advising on specifically which options to use, how to fit and taking me through the ordering process. There was a bit of a delay in waiting for delivery of transition panels late last year, but this has been resolved and didn't really affect our use. All in all I would definitely recommend the company and the product

Initial contact was steady
Initial contact was steady, if I asked a question it was answered. I took a few days to draw a sketch but was pleased with the result.
I sent it back expecting a prompt response but in two weeks I have heard nothing. I am really upset, I had set my heart on using this in my garden.
I am amazed that I am unable to get a response!
I’m starting to think that they must have gone bust but how can I find out??

Unfortunately some of the product inquiry emails from Karen ended up in our spam folder, and were not replied to.in a timely manner, she has since decided not to purchase corten from us

Very quick response to initial query, good stock meant my order was ready in a few days and excellent value compared with other suppliers. Uniform manufacture of panels giving flexibility to build your own structure easily.
