The controller works great and looks well. Giving four stars due to scratches in the paint under the left joystick and around the USB connection right out of the box. For the price of a custom controller, this should not be an issue.

I loved your controller and the craftsmanship. But the only bad review i can give on your controller is that it had drift stick. All in all loved the controller.

I ordered a ps5 controller about 3 months ago and have not yet gotten my order.

It is just a controller with a fun skin on it, no extra mods.

The quality of the controller is high and it looks just like how I ordered. I had to contact customer support after the order was stuck in assembly for a couple weeks. But the controller was shipped quickly after that request and arrived within the week.

It came at a decent time and the controller looks and work fine. But I ordered a clicky kit to be installed with my controller and it didn’t come with it.

I spent over $400 on a custom Elite Series 2 controller and never got it. All of my attempts at emailing support have ended with ZERO response from them. This site is a scam, please don't go through what i went through.

Came out exactly how it was shown online. Excellent custom GC controller shell and buttons/sticks.

Received my custom controller 3 days ago and I am extremely pleased with the result. The artist did just a tremendous job and the finish/assembly is fantastic! Thank you!!!

While the quality of the controllers and the packaging and the product as a whole I had no problems with, the overall customer service was very lackluster. I ordered two controllers that were only simple recolors with no extra modifications and despite that, it took about a month and a half for the products to be made and shipped out. All the while, I would have to email customer service for any updates and these updates were constantly giving me estimated shipping times that turned out to be wrong with an explanation only being given when I reached out. Communication with the customer is definitely something that needs to be worked on in the future, particularly when unforseen events occur that extend the time of an orders production.

Love controller so far as ar as use goes. Only giving 4 stars due to it taking over a month for me to finally get controller. And then for controller to have minor cosmetic blemishes when I got it after that time.

A bit pricey, long wait time (probably covid), but amazing controllers!

The quality of the customization was amazing.

Ordered on June 5th and it didn't ship until July 8th. I attempted to contact via email after around 2 weeks but never received a response. At three weeks I called twice but after being on hold for some time, the hold machine hung up on me without ever even speaking with a real human. I was close to calling the bank and seeing if they were able to cancel the order when I finally received an email that my controller had shipped. Not at all impressed with the level of service (or lack of), especially for the price I paid.

Took a long time to get here, way over the projected date, but satisfied with the controller

Everything was perfect, the controller came on time and the staff was helpfull

Controller looked great but took so long to get here and didn’t work when we got it, I spent almost $250 and bought a warranty and my fiancé had to fix it himself. y’all don’t answer the phone or your support messages, 1/10. Not impressed

I ordered 2 custom gamecube controller cases on June 11, but I had to reach out via email to get a status update on June 24 because I didnt get any tracking number nor emails in regards to shipping. I finally received a tracking number on June 30. I don’t think waiting a month for priority shipping is very reasonable but I understand mistakes happen.

They are really good quality cases, but because of the wait time of delivery, a friend had already gifted me a case.
