Well i spent 300 on a customized controller and ordered way back in July. Just got it and went to try it out and could not put batteries in in because whoever assembled it didnt put that part together. Im really disappointed this even made it through the QA process and if it was tested prior they would have known. Also paid for rush shipping but waited over 2 months? Kinda feel ripped off.

Custom GC Controller looks great, would be 5/5 but it came in two and half months later and my R/L triggers are loose and I didnt get the snapback reduction I paid for . Sending back soon, not excited to have to wait two more months for them to fix this. Might update review later

The controller works well but the order is wrong. The gold chrome trim I asked for an paid for isn’t on there and haven’t heard back since I called about it. Took a month to ship out. Definitely recommend rush order.

I paid alot of money just to have some guy spray paint it in their garage. You can see the streaks, its not uniform. Theres no finish coat. I could just scratch the paint off with my finger. Its a scam. Ef you guys.

I loved the controller very much but when I tested all the buttons I was very heart broken founding out that R1R2 and L1 L2 did not work and this was a birthday present to someone birthday. I do have sent the controller in to be repaired but I have to wait again I was just sad cause I waited long for it and only to send it back and wait once more :((

Absolutely crushed it. Awesome looking and functions perfectly. I highly recommend them.

First order took nearly 4 months so I canceled it nearly 2 months for my second order finally arrived was missing features that I paid for

Excellent controller, though it did take a bit longer to prep than expected and doesn't have the glossy finish I expected. Wondering how long the paint job will last.

While I am mostly happy with the product received, with only one of the leaf decals being moderately frayed or in danger of rubbing off, a month and a half turn around and delivery was a very hard wait for a gift that was intended as a birthday present. The controller was ordered with the understanding of a 5-7 day delivery time, but perhaps I missed the statement on the website where it says it would take a month or so to create the design. I was also not aware that the animal crossing gray design was going to be a di-cut style, so as to be raised from the controller face, thus being very susceptible to wear over time. From everything the website offers, I expected the details to be hand painted and sealed. I hope in the future, descriptions will be better for what is received. For the work that was put into the controller, I can tell it is quality, but a little bit of clarity goes a long way.

I received the controller on Saturday about 3 days ago and my toggles drift and my d-pad is stuck in the up position I would actually appreciate some customer service help and that would be great but otherwise I love the controller please email me.

Product was in production for 5-6 business days and was shipped out. Total of about 2 weeks from time of order. Texture isn't a smooth matte - more rough - but the paint looks great. Honestly happy with it so far as I can tell early on in its use.

Bought a custom switch pro controller: Controller was late, and not QA tested. The A button catches the shell of the controller, keeping it pressed down when pushing down at a certain angle, making it pretty much unusable. There was a paint bubble on the left grip as well. Button colours were inconsistent with the visual example on the website. Originally got a matte red button scheme, received a metallic red, with only the joysticks matching the original colour offering.

Company was not willing to absorb cost of customs for repair, despite this being their mistake. Ended up ordering my own buttons, and learned how to (dis)assemble the controller myself to match the joysticks, fix the issue with the A button, and avoid customs again. Also wasn't willing to return without making me pay customs charges for the return, nor was willing to reimburse the original customs charges for the faulty controller.

I strongly recommend against using this company, especially if it has to go through customs. With long wait times and poor QA, you're better off learning to assemble your own with third party shells.

Nice quality arcade stick customization, nothing bad to say really.

controller took two months to arrive and when it did the plastic piece was broken, i can super glue it. once it arrived the controller played well.

The reason I'm rating you that is because I got my controller it takes 2 days to charge it and the right analog stick does not work.paint peeling.

Overall loved it. Some of the painting was a little messed up but not to bad. I understand it can’t be perfect. I get a lot of compliments on it so I’m very happy with it.

The controllers were beyond expected super paint jobs my complaint is they didn't have a part and did not communicate that the production time would double then I almost didn't get them because the address on the label was wrong and yes the address on hand was the correct one I double checked the website just maybe a little communication next time and the address was 4365 you put 3465 but I got them and love the quality

I really love the controller it was amazing but I have a request will you make jolyne cujoh controller from jojo bizarre adventure please.
