Saddest excuse for a "company" I've ever purchased from. Same story as above. I purchased 2 custom controllers on 2/10 for my own wedding party. Unfortunately, I read all these reviews after ordering and am now a part of the scam chain.

My wedding (4/25) has since come and gone. I have had a few emails communication back and forth, but the only thing its good for is empty promises. For instance, I was told "it should be out later today" during my last email communication on 4/20. Was this a lie-- obviously. Their communication, product creation, customer service team, prices, and company overall are gag-worthy. They will take your money, lie to you and then ghost you. I could have taped off and sprayed it myself and it would have taken 1/20th the time with the same results. The fake reviews on here talking about the "craftmanship" are so obviously planted.

Is nobody in this comment section a lawyer? Can we not get this company a lawsuit?

I placed a $280 order on Dec 23rd. I have emails 3 times and tried to call their number ... is not in service!!!!

Let's just say i have a pretty unhappy little boy.

They're a scam!! Do NOT buy from here. I ordered spent $218 on December 8th I have been emailing them to request a refund. No one answers!!! I still have not received my order so ya 1000000% SCAM!!!!

Took my $200 and disconnected phones and emails and wouldn't respond anywhere. I tried several times and then had to contact my bank to file a dispute. These are SCAMMERS!! DO NOT ORDER!!

My custom controller is a piece of art! The colors are vibrant and the clear coat finish is super smooth. I recommend this company to all my friends.

I purchased a controller which worked great. I was told that they would repair the controller and I would just have to pay for shipping. I shipped my controller out on 11/1/25 and received a text directly from them on 11/7/25 stating the repair was complete. I offered to pay for shipping and they said it would be covered. It is now 12/11/25 and my controller has not been returned. Any attempts to reach out has been met with silence.

I understand it might be a busy season but there is no excuse to turn your phones off and ignore all communications. I was a fan of this place and own a couple controllers looking to buy another one. Never again. One of the worst experiences and now I am out of a $190 controller.

UPDATE: My controller delivered in the mail the next day. I am happy to have it back, but I do not like the lack of communication. A simple "There's a delay in shipping" or something along those lines would have been nice.

Got a great colors for the face buttons on my Nintendo Pro Controller along with the main body paint. Everything looks super clean. The price is a little steep, but the quality justifies it.

Never received item. Was ordered on June 19th and here we are in December and haven’t seen or heard anything from them. Have tried multiple times to call and email but it never makes it through . DONT USE THEN AT ALL

Poor communication after spending $250 approx in December 2024, still no sign of anything almost 12 months later. This is a company to avoid... a wait for something custom is ok, but you may wait for a lot longer than you expected.

Ordered a controller in Oct 2023. It is currently Oct 2025 and their website is currently offline. For the past 2 months I was able to get ahold and keep a correspondence with Matt F. who lead me on until right now. Needless to say, I don't think I'm ever getting my controller.

Worst scammers i've ever seen. Ordered a custom controller in November 2024 and to this day (29/09/2025). I have not heard a single word from them other than we'll get back to you as soon as possible. This company sells really cool controllers for a decent price but you'll never get this controller. Do not give them money, you will never get a product in return. They don't reply to mails, instagram doesn't work either. I payed 300$ for nothing... Please order from any other business except this one... I made a complaint with FTC and even that didn't make them do anything..

It has been almost a year and I have not received my controller. Anytime that I reach out this is the message I get!

Due to the customized nature of all of our products, our controllers are built to order and by hand at every step along the way. As a result, it does typically take time to airbrush by hand, clear coat, dry, assemble, and finally test before shipping your controller out to you! This time is based on many factors, including construction time, how many orders we have in at the time, and the current staffing we have right now. Currently, there is no good ETA that can be given with the nature of how the orders move through our departments here.

Absolutely ridiculous! Avoid this place at all costs.

Would rateba 0 if i could. Have been waiting over 8 months for a controller. After its been made clear im not getting, i have been told on 3 occasions i would get a refund and have yet to recieve that either. This company is a scam. Save yourself and buy a scuff

Ordered almost a year ago and nothing, they even stopped answering.
We all should fill in a global lawsuit against them.

No one would answer the phone or respond to emails. Paid $192 for custom controller and never received it. No response. It was my son’s birthday gift. No refund.

Absolute horrible experience. It's been 3 months and I haven't even received my controller. No one will respond to my inquiries. This company is a scam!!

Never received the product I pad $200 for. Customer support Matt F said he would refund, but never did. By that time, it was outside of my bank's window to file a claim. Controller Chaos stole $200 from me.

I ordered a custom controller from controller chaos over a year ago and haven't got a controller or refund. They never respond to my requests and I'm tired of it. Going to seek s fraud claim soon

This company will do nothing but steal your money! They’ll send you the same copy-paste apology each time you inquire about your order. I purchased a $300 product from them nearly a year ago, reached out multiple times, and just receive the same response over and over again. Their customer service phone line will either be cut off when you call, or they’ll redirect you to their email.

Avoid this company at all costs! They are a complete scam they take your money without a giving your actually item they are jokes spend the extra money on Etsy at least you get a custom controller an you actually receive it i ordered a controller last October of 2024?!?! Never even got said product then when I disputed the transaction they fought me an took my money back like really?!? So unprofessional an scammers
