The controller has actual dirt and particles on it that was painted into it, the images themselves look alright from a distance but up close you can see the paint runs slightly like it was done without letting anything dry, the grips have paint chunks sticking up ruining the feel of them when held I would have not paid for this if I knew it would look like a child made it I highly recommend going elsewhere

they requested i send it back to them for repairs after they contacted me i sent it back 07/09/22 it was delivered 07/11/22 i was notified they received it on the 20th instead which if fine however i was told it would be done a lot faster due to them just needing to repaint the case and just reuse the actual controller it is now 8/8/22 which is cutting close to the 29 days i had to wait for it originally

there is still dirt on the top of the case it is significantly less than the original but still there, the grips have more issues than before which is kind of a joke as well as I hope I'm wrong the same damage as before I sent it just painted over the only major improvement is the runny paint that was on the back is gone so that looks nice
all in all, I had to wait for 29 to get it then send it back and wait for another 18 for the price I paid its not worth it I'm certain there are better options than this and I will never recommend this company

My controller came in defective and customer service is late responsive and give you timelines they do not meet

I give this a 2 star rating. The controller looks good and cool but my buttons are lose and my controller doesn't charge!

It took almost 2 months to receive the controller. It looks awesome! However the lack of communication on shipping updates was activating. It is also not easy to find out any info on your purchase and customer service is hard to find too.

Took a little longer than I was told but it looks amazing and works good !!

Would I purchase again - yes - as the product is great. Service levels where awesome- nothing than awesome?

I'm very happy with the service and quality of the over all product . I will order more custom controllers from here. A little pricey but fair can tell controller was put together with care and pride. Thanks I will enjoy

I got the controller for my fiancé and he was so happy and excited to use it and show it off to everyone!

They took over a month to send out my controller when it was supposed to be within a week. When it finally got to me it was defective, whenever it's turned on it makes a constant clicking sound. Now they're refusing to give me a full refund, saying there's a 20% restocking fee. This is the worst company I've ever worked with and you could not pay me to use them again.

Took WAYYYY… too long. I understand it’s hand painted and it takes time but 2 months?? Come on…

Controller I ordered, wasn’t the controller I got. It was missing some colored pieces. Website states 10-14 days for completion, got my controller after 20 days. Website also states 2-3 days for technician assembly, mine took 9 days apparently. I’ve ordered 3-4 different controllers from this company, and sadly this one might the the last.

The controller I got didn't work right.
First I pay for the controller 250$ and it looks and feels like a 5 $ worth of plastic.
The c-stick Stucks if I hit it up, the buttes are all out of place and the joystick feels like crab. I'm disappointed because in the email says that they testing it and they really tough that this is good to ship to the customer. I want my money back this thing is no money worth I even don't take it if it's for free. It is a gamecube controller for the Nintendo gamecube

It took almost 30 days to receive controller, poor communication, no one answered the phone 1 day, they offered to ship the controller faster because of the delay...then they didn't. Quality was mediocre

Controller arrived in good condition and I could notice the snapback reduction immediately upon playing. Would definitely order more from this site in the future!!!

The controller took over a month to arrive. It said 5-10 business days for processing and 5-7 days for shipping. The controller works horribly. Right out of the box the sticks drift by themselves and the controller disconnects even when fully charged. I'd rate this 0 stars if it was an option.

I absolutely adore the combo breaker Quan arcade stick I ordered! It looks and feels amazing to play. It arrived in a timely fashion as well. Only problem is that the right LED light doesn't work. The left one lights up just fine but the right one doesn't light up at all on any setting.

Other than that I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I didn’t get a confirmation email when the order was put in. When calling twice to ask about the status of the controller I was told they’re processing the orders in the order which they received them, however, if they had a large amount of orders come in at once, your website should be updated to reflect a longer processing time. Had I known it would take a little more than a month to get my controller, I would have ordered from a different vendor. I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 because the controller is what I ordered, and does seem well made and good quality. It’s the customer service I had issues with.

The controller was everything. The customization took longer then expected but the design came out exactly how I wanted it. Definitely 10/10
