Ordered a custom Xbox one controller and was never specifically told how long it would take. It took two months which might have changed my mind had I known a head of time. Got it and it didn’t work. Sent it back and was never contacted once by this pathetic company. I always had to call for weeks only to be given the run around. They finally gave me partial credit. They kept my money and I never got anything in return.

The attention to detail in the airbrushed design on my controller is remarkable. It truly reflects the vision I had in mind. Exceptional workmanship!

My wife became heavily into the Nintendo Switch, and I was planning on giving her a custom-made Switch Controller that she would love. I spent a lot of time designing it, changing the colors until I found the perfect design. I only had one specification on the controller and mentioned that the splatter paint on the front face is not too congested, and instead resemble cow print. I ordered this design on 12/27/2023, with 2-3 day shipping and RUSHED PROCESSESING which they state would allow up to 14 days for the process to finish. As the weeks went by, my order status would not change, I called twice and they gave me a generic reply that it would be sent out in a few days. My wifes birthday was 1/29/24. That day passed and it became February 22 and I called again, they stated it was in the airbrush department and that they were working on my specifications that I gave them, no real detail, but he said it will be sent in a couple of days, at this point they reimbursed me for the shipping and rushed processing. Five days later, no change in status, I called and Matthew answered. I was angry, and i took it out on him, and I apologize for that, but I kept hearing the same thing over and over again, and it was 2 months since my order. I asked for a picture of my controller to verify that it was real. He said it was in the air brush department and he could not go in as he needed PPE gear to get in. He said he would send me a picture of my controller by the next day. The next day came, no picture, I called, and it was Matthew again, I asked for my picture, and he was unable to give me a picture. At this point I asked to speak with the operations manager and/or the CS manager, I was denied. I asked for a refund. Sure, I was refunded for everything, but it is disappointing, not because things happen and delays occur, I understand that; but it was because I was not given any type of reassurance, nor was I given the opportunity for someone to make amends with me during this process. I was lied to, and they could not give me clear answers. I will never again use this site, nor will I ever recommend this site to anyone else.

For those who answered my calls, I thank you for doing your job, and this is not your fault, but there should be some accountability in your managers. Not once did they reach out or try to have me filled in on the process. Thanks for wasting my time!

ADDENDUM: they called me back, but my phone was on DND at the gym, I will try and call back tomorrow.

base and they were very accommodating and worked with me to get what I wanted! It's a true
testament to the skill of the artists. Bravo!

Product never received. Have been waiting for months and customer service is one man named Matthew who will constantly tell you the product is in the last stage. It's been in the last stage for months. Do not recommend them.

I made my order September 24, 2023 and I have yet not received it despite constant follow up. The answer (although not customer service's fault) is consistently that there are delays in pieces resulting in delays in assembly. I really didn't want to write a review but I am out of options. Some sort of compensation needs to come through as I have never been so disappointed and frustrated by an online order of this value nor a customer experience.

We ordered a custom controller for our son for Christmas (it was supposed to be a gift from Santa) and they said it would be delayed. It is now February and still no controller. No help from customer service and no explanation or refund. Do not buy from them.

BUYER BEWARE. These guys have essentially taken my money and provided no product. I've contacted my bank to be sure that I'm not mistaken and they tell me that my card was charged and the money claimed but Controller Chaos continue to say they haven't received payment. When I sent the evidence that I was charged they continued to gaslight me, telling me they can send me the invoice to pay and at one point even telling me THEY had contacted my bank (they hadn't) and the money was never charged. No real attempt from Matt in customer service to communicate with me or help me find out where the money went. I'm down $350NZD and no controller for my kid. Either way I'd suggest buying from a more professional outfit like LaZa Mods or XL Team on Etsy.

Never purchase anything from here bought a custom controller for $130 just for it to come late and be a cheap quality controller that I could’ve bought off of temu for considerably less I didn’t mind the wait as much because it’s understandable these things take time but the fact that when I got it I couldn’t even use my mic for my controller because the audio jack on it is completely messed up no one can hear me talk and I had to mess with my mics settings and put everything all the way up just so I can barely hear anything and another problem with the controller is that it had stick drift not even a day after buying and the paint started to fade off jus a couple days after so to summarize controller chaos is that buying off of them is a big waste of money and time go literally anywhere else for custom controllers

Leider keine Hilfe zu erwarten.
Der Controller soll auf meine Kosten eingeschickt werden,und die "Reparatur" wäre auch zu bezahlen.

I ordered a controller for my son 3&1/2 months ago. I have kept in touch by email. They responded by saying " it takes a long time, its being polished, due to demand and a shortage of workers the orocess is slow" Personally this place takes your money and thats it. So I just kissed 400 dollars goodbye.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER THE PRODUCY. BS ARTISTS

I ordered an “Original NASA Logo” Xbox series controller (my dad was a founding member of NASA) from Controller Chaos after seeing an ad on Instagram showing a PS5 controller with the current NASA logo. Though the product did take a bit longer than originally described to be built and tested, Matt in Customer Service was helpful in providing me with updates whenever we spoke. I was thrilled with the controller once it arrived and have had nothing but rave reviews from all that have seen it. It is definitely my favorite controller and holds special meaning for me. Thank you Matt, and thank you Controller Chaos.

I made an order on 08/10 2023. As of today 10/12/23, I have not received my controller. I have been getting the run around about my order. This is poor service. They have told so many lies until now they are saying the one I ordered is not in stock. A month ago it was being air brushed with the decal I wanted. Then it had to dry, next I was told they did the wrong one and was air brushing the correct one. Lies, lies. I will never order from them again. My grandson’s birthday was 8/24/23. They had more than enough time to get him the controller. Their policy states that it would only take 8-10 business days. Buyers beware.

Don’t order from this company and absolutely waste your time. I beg that you read the other negative reviews, and look over my experience before supporting them. I ordered a custom controller on 8/4/23. It’s now 9/14/23. My experience with Controller Chaos throughout has been awful and increasingly disappointing, and frustrating.

1. This company mentions several different in-accurate/confusing make/ship processing times

-Per their shipping policy “All orders require 4-10 business days to build and ship” (key word ALL)
-Per their FAQ “Please note that all custom controllers take up to 7-14 business days for completion.”

2. MANY reviews (including my experience) are describing their orders taking absurdly long to simply be made - let alone ship (regardless of rush shipping!). My order went past BOTH of their suggested make/ship processing times with NO call/email update whatsoever. With each call I was met with an excuse and promised ETA which wasn’t met for the record.

3. Their customer service is awful, and in my opinion deceitful and very shady. I called 2 or 3 times while waiting for my controller to be finished, and each time received different estimates/excuses from customer service rep Matt. Matt explained that several employees had become sick which is very understandable. With that being said, I’ve since read other similar reviews describing like excuses - Suggesting that these excuses are common used in covering up their unprofessional work efficiency.

After waiting over a month and a over week, I decided to call once more to cancel my order. Only, this time I was on hold for 20 minutes despite being “first in line” according to their calling system which was apparently “experiencing many calls at the moment.” I found this very odd, and therefore hung up and used a different number. Surely enough Matt picked up within seconds! Controller Chaos surely had my number due to my past calls, and was seemingly was dodging it. Let me add that I had been ENTIRELY respectful, patient, and understanding during each call. Therefore, to seemingly dodge my call is absolutely mind blowing considering THEIR company was the one being unprofessional, and difficult. Not only was this unprofessional, but immensely disrespectful to me as a customer SUPPORTING their business.

When I asked Matt about this at the end of our call, he sheepishly said that he was unsure as he had been on the phone for the last while. I don’t buy it considering the other deceitful excuses myself AND other customers have experienced from this company.

In the end, I got my order canceled and asked for an email confirmation as proof. There’s so many other widely loved custom controller businesses - don’t waste your time here and have your time + support be disrespected.

I ordered a controller 69 days ago- I have finally requested a refund and I wont be getting a controller. If you want to wait 4 months for a controller buy from this company
