This was so dissapointing but hear me out..

Like 3 months ago I ordered a controller for my sons birthday. Knowing very well about the long delivery time I paid extra for getting it faster totalling 209 USD for a single controller.

After a month I asked when it will be ready and they told me by the end of the month.. I think that deadline was 7 weeks ago by now.

I had to settle this now to get the money back via paypal. I dont care about the money but the fact u messed up my Boys birthday infuriates mr to no end.

Do not buy anything there, they wont deliver!!!

Ordered two controllers in April for my wife's birthday in June (after reading the turnaround time for build and shipping) to give myself lots of time. It is now almost August and I still have not received either controller. On top of that, i can't even check on the order status because putting in my invoice number on their tracker now says order not found. The two times I've been able to correspond with someone (after about a week of waiting for a response) they've given me empty excuses about supply chain issues, etc etc. Four months is plenty of time to paint and ship two controllers. This company is trash and has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They won't refund so I guess a chargeback is really the only option.

I placed an order on June 18th for my wifes birthday a little over a month out. The website says most orders leave out in 4-10 business days. July 9th, I called to inquire about my order and was told the clicker part was on back order, I told them to just remove the part and put the stock ones on. They said it would be about a week for it to be completed. I was ahead of the deadline so I said ok. On July 19, I called to see what was going on and was given the run around by Mathew on the phone that my controller was on a techs desk and would be done and shipped out Monday the 22nd. I was upset that it was not going to be here before her birthday, but stuck with it. I called Tuesday the 23rd as it did not ship. I was told everyone was sick and that my controller appeared to be complete, but Mathew was unable to tell for sure and he would look into it. On Thursday the 25th I called again and was told by Mathew they are having an issue with the motherboard on the PS5 controllers that it was a new motherboard they haven't seen before. I then asked for a refund. They did refund quickly which was the only good thing they did. Mathew was very quick to say ok to the refund which leads me to believe no work had been performed. Why would someone be ok with refunding when they just spray painted and did a full edit on a controller allegedly? I wish I had seen the other reviews on BBB and reddit.

I placed an order 5 months ago. I would call for updates every few weeks and be told a new "problem". They had no circuit boards, they had no staff, the controller failed testing, they messed up the paint etc. I sent many emails that were ignored and could only get someone on the phone occasionally. Do not waste your money on this scam company. I never received the controller, but did manage to get a refund. Eventually.

I ordered months ago and my order has never been shipped to me. I have sent dozens of emails and they never answered any of them. I literally never heard about my 400$+ order after placing it, no info about where things are at after MONTHS, no answer to my 15 emails, no refund. I wish i saw the reviews before to order. Worst company Ive ever seen, please don't buy anything from them they are a huge scam.

I ordered in Feb, and it was written on the website it was supposed to reach late Feb, I kept sending them emails and reminders, and they kept postponing until it was the end of April, and I had enough, I told them to cancel them, and they send they will refund me the amount, its June and i still did not get my refunded amount. VERY BAD SERVICE, DON'T BUY FROM THEM

Scam. I ordered a controller back in December it still has not arrived. Got multiple emails saying it would be shipped in a week that was once a month for a couple months now radio silence.

I ordered a controller in January. First they told me it would arrive late in February. Then it was "in two weeks" that was in April. It is now June and still nothing.

I've read many similar reviews. This has turned into a scam site.

my controller took three months and ive been waiting for a while because of staffing issues at the work, but thankfully for that your wonderful staff member Matthew has always kindly serviced me when i was kept calling to find out where the controller was. not only did he understand where i was coming from but expidited the process so it would be finished faster, amazing service!

Haven't recieved my controller it's been 4 months. Every week they say it will be sent out next week and have a new reason as to why.

I ordered two controllers on 11/25/23 and have yet to receive my order nearly 5 months later! Their customer service number was shut down for a time and they would only allow customers to leave a message. When I did finally reach someone they gave empty promises such as “it will be sent next week” or “we are waiting on the back buttons and it shouldn’t take longer than two more weeks”. Do not trust your money to Contoller Chaos.

From the moment I contacted this company to the delivery of my controller, the entire experience was fantastic. Granted, the process took nearly two months, but still was worth it. The design and service is impeccable.

The design on my controller is flawless. If they keep making new anime controllers I am without a doubt a customer for life!

I ordered a controller the second week of December and it's the end of March and still have not received it. I have called at least a dozen times and it always says it's a one minute wait time but I get hung up on after 20 minutes

Was worried about an order that was taking a bit long...received a call back from rep who was totally professional and eager to make things good.
He was very helpful.... and super nice to work with.
