I've never received such bad customer service in any website I've ever purchased from. It's going on 5 months, no product has been sent or received, they hardly respond to messages, and now I no longer need the product and want a refund, I've messaged twice and yet again no response

Be very wary when considering ordering from this website. There are many others to choose from, I wish I would have done my research.. 😢
Absolutely disgusted

Horrible Customer Service. They will not answer e-mails or give you status updates on orders. I waited 2 months and no communication and no controller. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and will hopefully be refunded.

Customer service is absolute dogshit. Don’t bother calling, they’ll put you on hold and after 20 minutes disconnect you. I emailed them 4 separate times asking for the status of my order and they never responded. You’ll have an easier time getting a refund through your bank than dealing with them directly. Avoid at all costs.

I paid them on October 3rd for a custom elite controller. It has now almost been 4 months and still nothing. They stopped responding to my emails as soon as I started to ask for a refund. Scam company. Do not order from them. How they are still in business is beyond me.

I ordered on November 24... it's January 24. I have emailed, called, emailed again & I can't get a straight answer from anyone on the status of my order! I spent 300.00 to be ghosted & not get what I ordered. Currently going to dispute it. DONT ORDER FROM HERE

Update: 01-27 I got ahold of them finally. Will fix review if I actually get my order.

Update 2: 01-30 I got my order! Controllers look awesome. Just wish they would communicate more on status’s of orders! Changing my review because overall I am happy!

Absolutely the worst customer service experience my family and I have ever had. We were given the delivery window of the controller we ordered and that window passed without any update. When I was finally able to contact the company they gave another ETA weeks from that time. When that date passed, we tried to reach out on several different occasions without any response. Finally, when we threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau, they said they were having supply issues with the boards. We waited more weeks before attempting to contact them again that we had never received the product. When they were not reachable again, we finally disputed the charge from controller chaos with our bank, saying we had never received the merchandise and luckily that went through. I have no idea how this company is still in operation.

Do NOT buy from these people, they're very much scammers. Ordered my controller back in mid November and went back and forth with Matt through email about a month later, discussing the status of my controller and when it'd be shipped out. Eventually I was ghosted, even after asking for a refund. Take your money elsewhere.

I ordered a controller last thanksgiving and now its January 16th, believe it or not I still haven't gotten it. HURRY UP PLEASE

I ordered a customized controller December 8, 2024. I have not received it as of January 15, 2025.

I placed an order with this company and after a month with no shipping I decided to email them and see how long it took to receive the item because I honestly didn’t do no research before hand after a week. I still didn’t receive an email back so then I did some research and saw that there was a lot of people that never received their controller so I spent three hours on hold trying to talk to anybody at control or chaos and they didn’t even have the decency to answer the phone so I called the bank and got my money back. I definitely wouldn’t waste your time with this company.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Ordered a custom remote A YEAR AGO. Still have not gotten it. I call once a week and get some excuse that their shipping is changing over, but he tested the remote and he doesn't understand why it hasn't gone out. I'm giving them one more change before we ask for a refund and then escalate it even further. Matthew is polite when I call, but this is clearly a scam.

Zero Stars. TOTAL SCAM. Jerk named "Matt" running a scam. Placed an order in May 2024 and it's November 2024 still no product and no refund.
Charging people hundreds of dollars and never sending a product. Asked for a refund, which was so easy and he says "SURE!" and the refund never comes through PayPal. Keep your kids off this site. Total A-holes taking good people for their hard earned money. Bunch of nerds with too much time on their hands and no remorse for treating people like crap. They're writing their own reviews clearly to get a 3.8 rating on trust pilot.

DO NOT BUY FROM CONTROLLER CHAOS! They made excuses for 6 months before I finally asked for my money back. I let it go on so long because each time I contacted them, they said it was about to ship. I bought this controller as a gift and never received it. Awful experience and total scam. They take orders and will take your money knowing full well that they aren’t going to deliver. Don’t purchase from them!!

When I had ordered the controller it had said 6-9 days, turned out to be almost 2 months later. They came up with a lot of excuses like the people in the office being sick so they had to postpone it for weeks upon weeks. When I recieved the controller finally I noticed that the joysticks were not what I bought. (I paid for metal shell casings, and recieved painted plastic ones.) I have had the paint chip off since 2 weeks after getting the controller, and the joysticks are almost completely worn down. I HIGHLY recommend never giving a dime to this company.

I purchased a controller from ControllerChaos on March 20 this year. It has been over 7 months and I still have not received it. Every time I call them (if I’m lucky enough for them to answer me), they have a different excuse every time as to why it’s not finished. They also falsely claim my controller ‘will be shipped very soon’ but it never does. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I cannot stress that enough.

It’s been about 7 months since I was supposed receive my controller. Been told it’s been shipped or it’s and it’s on the shelf waiting to be shipped. Something different every time I call. The manager is going to call me, or at least that’s what I’ve been told for the past couple of weeks that I’ve been calling. I’ll never order from them again. Terrible customer service. Can’t believe they’re still in business.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered back in June and never received the order. They kept giving excuses over email and rarely answering the phone. Also completely unapologetic when told to cancel my order.

I’ve bought 3 controllers over the years. And every time they do exceptional!! I just bought one again after 3 years, and I love the new features on the website. The new colors, the option for 3 different types of finishes and the option for fonts is wonderful. I’m glad to see this company grow, yall do amazing work!!
