Saying that I've enjoyed working with an RMM product is maybe a bit weird...who "enjoys" working with tech solutions? But really...the web interface is intuitive, the endpoint agent is easily deployable (PDQ, NinjaOne, etc), and the on-demand and enduser allowed sessions are smooth. In my 20+ years in (some manner of) IT support, ConnectWise Control has been my better experience.

great company updating all the time, 2 stage security is awsome..

the only thing i would like to see is insted of sending a code for the 2 stage authentication, it would be nice to send a push to your phone where is asks is this you.... and you just click yes..

We use control in our corporate environment and have adopted it in for personal support of my family and friends. Total I support nearly 600 computers. Had had little to no issues and experience excellent support when anything unexpected occurs.

I occasionally use Connectwise to help people and really like it. You can email a link to someone needing assistance and all they have to do is click on it and follow some simple instructions to get help. It is easy to use and has lots of features. It is very fast and powerful. I highly recommend it.

I love this Remote Software. The free version has so many features. it is everything you need.

Easy to use and displays lot of quick info like IP, MAC etc.

Being web based make it easy to access, rather than always having to have a thick client installed.

Being able to run commands on devices in the background without having to remote to the PC is also a great timesaver.

Extensions enhance the features and capabilities of the product.

ConnectWise is a great tool to connect with my accounting software clients. Many time I might receive an email from a client describing an issue, I connect to their server, fix it, and reply, "Try it now." It's like being in their office.

Great product easy to use and way more powerful than others on the market.

Best remote software out there. Fast, smooth, lots of tools to allow remote management of endpoints.

After trying most available remote control support software options, we were pleasantly surprised with the functionality and ease of use of the Connectwise Control product. We love it!

Easy to use from day one.
You can dig in and make it complicated if you want though :-)
I can't imagine a product that does it better for the pricepoint.

This is my go to for support sessions. Backstage sessions make it easy for a capable technician to accomplish almost anything "behind the scenes" without having to disrupt users' work.

Recently started using ConnectWise to replace our old control software. The software is robust and able to perform actions on systems without interrupting the users. Report and data analysis of systems are fantastic
