Warren is an absolute legend! His tech ability and knowledge is exceptional and his customer service is second to none! I was kept up to date every step of the way via email. He thoroughly diagnosed the broken ROM Drive problems and repaired it. The battery supply connections on the motherboard also needed attention and I was sent before and after images - a very neat & tidy soldering job :) When picking up the device my PS4 was wiped down with IPA-99.9% alcohol for my protection and this included the bag itself! Clearly Warren has a passion for fixing things! the job came with a free PAT test and I felt so safe about the whole process. I very much doubt anyone can beat his service and prices.

Really really brilliant. My MacBook Air was EFI locked and completely useless. Sent to WG IT, Warren called me as soon as they received it and gave me regular updates over the next 48 hours (there were some unexpected issues which took extra time that they didn't even charge for!). I was back at my desk with essentially a brand new Mac on the third day! Highly recommend.

Warren done a effin brilliant job on my PS4. The hdmi port wasn’t working. He explained exactly what the problem and how he will fix it. He also dealt with other issues and replaced missing parts. He cleaned it inside and out, serviced the ROM & also sanitized it before returning it to me. Cannot and will not recommend anyone other than Warren. Top job lad. Cheers

I was on a deadline, I went to him with a seriously problematic Mac. He has tried everything to get to the root of the problem. Not to mention working on it after hours. And keeping me up-to-date with every step he has taken or planing to take.

I have dealt with Mac techies for over a decade. Warren is simply a new breed. He is very knowledgable, fair and highly trustworthy. He has treated my problem as if it was his own. His prices are very fair.

Quick, reliable fix of my son's Xbox One S - faulty HDMI re-timer chip/480p resolution only error. This is a home run business but totally professional with all the right equipment needed for electronic repairs at circuit board level and much more: HD camera, correct flux/solder, re-work bench, PAT testing etc. Was updated throughout the fix and actually dropped off and returned later the same day. Competitive price and very pleased.

I took my iMAC 2011 27" which was completelty dead, no screen, no chime, to be repaired. I was sure it was unable to be brought back to life, however after just one day the machine was back up and running. I was kept upto date thoughtout the process via an email notification system and the work was completed with no fuss. All in all a very good expereince. Everything was explained to me and pictures of the work done were taken. Highly recommended.

I've got to admit I was a bit concerned about taking my PS4 for repair to a house and not a shop but all of that changed once I saw the set up and work they had in.
I would highly recommend WG IT Computers & Consoles to anyone with a PC console or TV problem. With an air of professionalism, competitive pricing and quick turn around. I had the HDMI port replaced, CD drive, full service and pat tested.
I'd totally approach WG IT again with any fault I can't tackle in the future.
