Absolutely top service. Dropped off my Macbook Air for a firmware password reset and it was done within a day. Warren explained exactly what needed to happen and was highly professional. I'll be recommending WG IT to any friends or colleagues that need computer help in the future.

The service I received from WG IT Computers and Console repair services was fantastic. Absolutely professional In every way, great ticketing system that kept me informed of every step and progress of the repair. This began with a SMS to confirm the booking and also the location of the store and a follow up email. All the things I need to bring or not bring as well and any other information I should be aware of. Consistent updates from the start of repair and even high quality photos and details of the issue and the solution applied.

The turn around time was super quick and their price was the cheapest. I was educated on the cause of the issue and the solution that would be applied to fix it.

All in all, it was worth the 40min round trip and I would very likely make that journey over local repair stores closer to me. I am super happy and would be contacting them first and foremost with my tech repair.

I had my ps4 repaired here, I had a problem with the HDMI port. The service was very good and I was contacted often on my ps4 and any updates which was very reassuring. I found Warren via Google. He is an absolutely Top Guy! Extremely honest and knows his stuff. I took my nine year old sons PS4 slim and I thought there was a problem with the laser. It turned out my three year old had posted an item through the CD slot which was causing the problem. It’s difficult to find honest people so I rely heavily on the reviews others leave.
Warren was absolutely honest and he carried out a full service. No laser required!!! His services are at a very good price. Highly recommend him. I’ll definitely be going back with any other electronic device I have!!

After being turned away by a few “specialists”, I contacted Warren on the off-chance that he might be perform some microsoldering on a vintage computer PCB for me.

He was more than happy to help and turned the work far quicker than I could of hoped. Not only that, but I was sent a detailed photo of the work he performed.

The work is top class and amazing value for money - I cannot tell the difference between the factory soldering and the modifications he made for me.

I happened upon WG IT on google after spending a huge amount of time trying to diagnose an issue i was having with my laptop.

I thought i needed a bios reflash but after warren explained to me what that involved i decided against it and thought the best thing to do is start again and reformat.

From start to finish warrens service was so far above what i had expected that i trusted him enough to do a full service of the machine and have it re-thermal pasted and cleaned etc. He also did a proper wipe of the harddrive using diskkill software.

Since recieving the laptop back it runs like run again and much cooler than before and although unrelated to the work warren did i managed to fix my issue too!
