I had a damaged PS4 repaired with WG & the service I received was exceptional. The turn around was less than 48hr. I had excellent customer service from them. I'll definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get IT repairs done and I'll definitely be using them in the future.

Playstation had a faulty hdmi port which had been ‘fixed’ many times but kept breaking. The experience ive had with Warren and Claire ran like clockwork.i was informed through out the procedure to the fullest, he cleaned up the awful mess inside the system the previous repairman had made. A very knowledgable man, fixed my ps in a day, couldnt be more happy- thank u so much!

After completely destroyed the power supply during a routine disassembly cleaning of my Playstation 4 Pro I contacted Warren. He immediately informed me of potential work arounds and fixes with quotes and after drop off, work was completed within a few days with multiple updates letting me know what stage of fixing/testing he was at. The level of knowledge, friendliness and dedication to customer service really goes a long way. Will 100% recommend this to anyone with any technical issues. Well, as a fellow computer scientist and engineer, Warren was simply fantastic from start to finish. Initially, I had a call with him to arrange drop-off. We discussed technical details, then followed all progress with continuous updates via email & ticketing system and completed timely return of my PC. We are glad to have given WG IT our custom, and we highly recommend the company.

I cannot recommend Warren enough. I took my PS4 Pro to him after it was constantly sounding like an aircraft takeoff when playing games.

My PS4 pro stopped working due to the PSU connector coming off. Warren did an amazing service and had it done the same day which was amazing. After a few weeks my PS4 pro is still working amazingly like it did when I first bought it. I’ll definitely come back again

Warren is a highly competent engineer. He diagnosed my machine fairly quickly and displayed a high level of knowledge on the architecture of the PS4 which inspires confidence. My issue was resolved speedily, along with excellent communication from Warren. The frequent ticket updates are brilliant and informative. A+++
