No product or communication after a month
Placed an order on the 27th of August, before the next day shipping cutoff. Everything was in stock. Haven't heard anything since the order confirmation email, nor have I received anything. I've started the chargeback process, since even if they sent it now I've already bought what I wanted from other sources. I hope nothing terrible has happened to the people who run it, but as far as I can tell right now it feels like an abandoned site that shouldn't be accepting orders. Strangely there is a very similar eBay account that is actively getting positive feedback, but I don't know if the two are related.

stay away they are thieves
Ordered some parts that were showing in stock and selected next day delivery, received an order confirmation and two and a half weeks later its not been updated, goods never received and tried to contact them numerous times to no avail. Avoid this company at all costs, they are nothing but thieves.

Ordered items - Never arrived
I have ordered items and paid for next day delivery. Nothing arrived. Sent multiple emails, no response, telephone numbers don’t work and not sure where to go from here. Guess driving to their offices next. We have notified Companies house and the police as this guy has no morals.

Ordered something and realised it was the wrong item. Emailed straight away to cancel. Had no response so emailed again. It has been about a week now and I've had no contact. If this is resolved I may change my review but until then it's been a really bad experience.

Bed heater and solid state relay
I bought a bed heater and a solid state relay. Delivery was quick and the bed heater works well but I was very disappointed when I realised the relay is a cheap knock off of the type sold on AliExpress. I ended up not using it due to safety concerns. On the whole I would order again but be more wary.

No Honour amongst theives
Ordered a few bits for a printer I had purchased and contacted them very quickly after I placed the order to cancel it due to issues with my printer purchase. No Reply.
So the products came and I tried to organise a return, no one answered the phone when I rang them multiple times at different times and days, emailed twice with no reply and finally sent an email to every address I could find for them desperately trying to organise a return as I was currently £107 out of pocket. Finally got a reply with a sorry and your emails fell into a glitch in our system excuse.
So, I proceeded to send the items back. They didn't received them. They confirmed the address that is shown on my delivered email from my courier, agreed the confirmed GPS tracker of the delivery driver when he delivered the parcel was their address but they refuse to acknowledge receipt of the parcel and say it wasn't delivered to them.
Delivery company can't do anything because I'm telling them they've delivered to the right address and the GPS detail they've provided is correct.
Absolutely no compromise with these folk and they are just flat out refusing to give me my refund or talk about any compensation. I will steer clear and advise others to also

What an amazing company and service
What an amazing company and service, Dan helped my through all my printer issues after i messedup my own firmware and ABL. ordered a new one and it arrived 2 days later (order was on a saturday) fitted fixed and working Thank you Dan for the epic service 10/10 will use again
