Visited warren at WG it computer and console services with a ps4 slim that was over heating and he carried out a service and returned the console within two days in perfect working order I would highly recommend Warren and his company very honest and knowledgeable and will definitely use in the future .

Great company. Technician discussed issue to establish possible problems, ordered in parts. As soon as the parts were in I was contacted and my Nintendo switch issues were immediately solved.
Great value for money and top tips were provided to support longevity of console, which I fully appreciate (as I know very little).

WGITC&CRS is a reputable outlet. I took my Technics Graphic Equaliser SH-GE 90 for repairs. The front display matrix was rippling due to age. The issue was competently diagnosed, repaired at very affordable and honest price. I recommend and will use this repair service again in the future.

Warren / this company are amazing! Managed to solder a PixelFX mod chip onto my old N64 so I can output on HDMI, and therefore [in the 21st century] actually play it on modern TVs. Worked a charm and the picture is amazing, I can now play N64 Golden Eye and Perfect Dark for Christmas! :) The soldering job he did was nothing short of God-like and he did amazing tests afterwards to ensure the system was 100% before confirming the job complete to me. Spoke to him about other tech stuff and the chap really knows his trade, impressively so. A real attention to detail and QA, and a very trustworthy chap. Couldn't recommend him more.

Excellent customer service, and quick fix. Play station hdmi was fixed in a couple hours as well as being tested after fix. He was very informative of the potential risks cause of the damage, but everything worked out fine in the end. Thank you so much, will definitely recommend !

Excellent fast service. Kept the communication flowing with updates and exactly what the repair will involve. Once repaired explained what the issue was and ways to avoid it happening again

Communication was first class, the ticket was updated regularly and you knew exactly where the repair was situated. I could not recommend more, if you want an electronic repair done you can find no better than this. The price was, in my opinion, spot on, blowing the competition out of the water.

A true professional and gent. I needed work done on a PC, PS4 and PS3. This was completed quickly with regular updates being provided. Something a bit different my kincarp bc151 fish finder packed up and wouldn't switch on. after speaking to a few bait boat repair experts and fishing friends the answer was to replace it, I wasn't going give up as I believed it might be possible to fix it. After a little Search I found WG IT Computer & Console Repair Services being not to far I thought I would contact them, I'm glad I did as warren was willing to have a look and diagnose and find out what the problem was, ticket system was great with updates and pictures of the problem components, warren explained in simple terms so I could understand what the problem was, it was a bit of a tricky one but he come up with a solution and I was over the moon, great customer service and a great guy all round I would highly recommend this company.

I find nowadays it’s less often you come across people like Warren and WG IT. Took my PS4 to him and he took time immediately to look at and diagnose it and had it back working in 10-15 minutes. And then didn’t charge me a thing. Quite easily one of the nicest, friendliest and professional guys I’ve met in a long time and I really can’t recommend him highly enough. Thanks Warren.

I would highly recommend WG IT Computer & Console Repair Services to anyone looking to get their console repaired. My PS4 developed a fault in that it would turn on but wasn’t displaying a picture on the screen. I got in touch with Warren who outlined the likely causes and advised the cost for repairing each (which were very reasonable) so I booked the console in for repair. Whilst there, Warren explained exactly what he would look to do and even gave it a quick check over for any obvious defects.
I left it with him then received regular updates via email letting me know when he would be looking at repairing it, what the fault was and when the repair and bench testing had been completed. It turned out it wasn’t either of the 2 items he suspected but another couple of components that had failed. Therefore, it ended up being even cheaper than the quoted price which was great news!
Warren and Claire were a pleasure to deal with and provided a very quick and efficient service. Thank you so much!
