Ordered slave battery for stop start Mercedes C Class. Component tracked and arrived on time. Despite not having the Mercedes logo fitted a treat and works Ok now. Extremely pleased.

Do not buy! It's Chinese products that don't even fit, save your money and buy from somewhere else.

This company is atrocious, they have taken my money then changed the agreement, there is only automated responses to enquiries, and no customer service whatsoever, DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, NO CONSCIENCE, NO QUALITY, NO ETHICS OR BASIC HUMANITY...SCUM.

It doesn't fit the rf900 1994 I asked for a refund and apparently my options are either to accept a 30% refund or to pay for postage and a 30% restocking fee either way i have lost 3 quarters of my money spent on a part that was advised wrong.not the best way to do business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ! They sent me a completely incompatible and faulty part and are now refusing to give me a refund, complete and utter crooks!
Horrendous to deal with, AVOD AT ALL COSTS

I did not recieve the item and I'm starting to think this site is a scam. I have tried emailing them and contacting them using there chat system no answer on either, the telephone number looks suspicious. The delivery company says they have not received the item, it was supposed to arrive in 5 days its now been 8 days and its not even been sent to the delivery firm. I have asked for a refund but no answer so I think my next step is issuing a section 75 before its to late and I lose my money. Not good.

We bought a 3-pin EV car charger which worked seemed to work fine for a couple of months (probably 3 or four uses) and then over heated and blew the fuse.
I replaced the fuse and the same thing happened again.
I got in touch with the seller and was told to try a lower grade fuse! Upon researching whether this was a good idea or not it became clear that it absolutely was not!
In the end we received a 25% discount which wasn’t as much as we hoped - however they were quick to respond and didn’t try to duck the issue too much.

I purchased an electric EV charger in December. By the end of January this had not only stopped working, but had severely overheated, melting the plug, and exploding my electric socket outlet. This item is dangerous and could easily have caused a house fire with children in it. The plug has the wrong amp fuse in it and is just a dangerous product that overheats. I rightfully asked for a full refund and was instead told to repair the plug myself, and accept a 20% refund. Conpletely unacceptable and I will fight my refund through my credit card company. Absolute disgusting treatment from an awful company. I urge you to stay safe and do not buy from this company.

I had some issues with the compatability of the spre part ordered for my printer but thid was quickly resolved

Shocking !!! … ordered a set off bulbs and ballasts for my vw ,checked all the part no.s off the original ballast and after only 3 weeks , one side has stopped working . Multiple emails asking for part no.s , vin plate , car reg …. Stay away !!!

order a part for mercedes over £1000.00 was back and fourth with emails for over 3 months becasue the item never arrived. even tho fedex admitted to the loss of the package they would never even file a email to get refunded from fedex as they was the courier purchaser this resulted in me to do a chargeback from my bank got refunded eventaully from my bank but componany auth would do nothing to help. they pose under fake names and pretent the company is based in the UK but they are actually chinese cheap made products. ORDER AT YOUR OWN DEMISE.

The product I received from them stopped working almost immediately. I reached out to let CA know and they refused to exchange it, which was disappointing. They suggested I try fixing it myself, which I found impractical and frustrating. I believe this might be due to logistical challenges, given their base in the States, making it costly for them to provide adequate aftercare to customers in the UK.

Adding to the frustration, attempts to reach them by phone have been unsuccessful. Instead, I received generic emails instructing all communication to be conducted via email, which lacks the personal touch of human interaction and feels more automated than personable.

After odering the part for my bike in which I specified what year / model etc.... they supplied something that would not fit then after trying to get through to them on many ocvcasions, they kept on asking ME to take photos and measurements.... it`s a drop shipping company that doesn`t want to take responsibility for any returns... USE AT YOUR PERIL

I bought theElectric Cattle Prod Prodder and it doesn't work at all. Even I tried it on my hand and still. After so many emails, none of the factory and company won't take a responsibility for selling a faulty item. The factory doesn't even know the item is not chargeable and it works with batteries. Generally the item is very cheaply made. So I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Checking the reviews for this company, I was a little hesitant in ordering a radiator for my motorbike. However, the positive reviews seemed genuine, and the radiator was a lot cheaper than the OEM replacement, so I took the chance.
Not only was the service, and dispatch efficient and prompt, the radiator arrived within 6 days even though they said it could take upto 14days. Radiator was an exact replacement and in now fitted, and working perfectly.
I can't fault Componentauthority.com.
I don't usually write positive reviews, but feel they deserved one in this instance.
