Very odd company. Blurb on the website says Hong Kong based. Contact us section gives a UK mobile number for WhatsApp messages but when you write your message, you're sending it to a US phone number
Not sure if I trust a company that is not a transparent as it could/should be

Shower of shit company sent me wrong part and can't get refund won't reply to email and phone line dead

Absolutely shocking customer service. Purchased a race cowl for my ninja 650 within a couple months the plastic started to wear and I was told it’s “normal wear and tear” avoid this company and spend that little extra on better companies.

Do not buy mini rear lights from this company as they will fail your mot, I have returned mine after lots of email tooing and frowing - they take 30% off your refund if you are lucky enough to get one even though it is not your fault that they sell these sub quality lights for UK use.

The part was listed to fit my car but it clearly doesn’t Sent pictures showing it doesn’t fit .. Won’t refund even when they send the wrong item , My bank is getting a refund

Not even worth one point. Ordered a fuel pump which arrived a week late. It worked for about 4 weeks then gave up. Absolutely shocking customer service. Stay clear as they are a bunch of cowboys who get their products from China. Cheap and not worth it.

Item ordered and tracking reference duly received after a day, however item status has been "held by Export Customs/Security offices due to missing/inappropriate invoice" for 2 weeks!.
Sent an email last week pointing this out incl a screenshot of tracking results, only to receive a reply telling me exactly what i told them.
Communication/Feedback is poor [actually think it is automated].

10APR received email from CarLightBUlb customer svc email: QUOTE: "Hi, China Post has advised that the buyer must resubmit the invoice. We have attached the invoice below. You may wish to visit your nearest post office to see if you can resubmit it. Sincerely, Mia" UNQUOTE ...... what a joke!!!

Since when is the buyer submitting documents to the exporting country's autorities [or even receiving for that matter!] !!!!! The issue is at origin .... item never left China! , ......

I ordered an item on their website, it didn’t meet the description. In their refund policy it’s written that they’d refund the whole price if it not the same item. But they didn’t and now I have to pay a 30% storage fee and the shipping costs….

It’s just another dropshipping store that has a bad customer service and faulty items on their website..

I’ve used car light bulb two times. On both occasions the parts have been wrong. The first time I managed to sell the part on which THEIR customer service suggested!
They do not stand on the promise of any refunds and will have you jumping through hoops with photos and videos just to make you give up on asking g for a replacement or return. I’m kicking myself for buying from them again but am claiming my money back on the charge back with my credit card. LEARN from my mistakes and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Sent out the wrong grille for Mercedes and is now telling us we need to pay 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT ORDER

Heureusement que j’ai réglé avec PayPal, sinon je n’aurais jamais été remboursé.
