This company sells fake products which don’t fit your car, one of the worst customer service I have ever come across. You cannot speak to a human being on the phone. It’s practically impossible to get exchange or refund, I am still trying to get my money back.

Genuinely such a bad company, the communication is basically non existent, I’ve bought something 6 days ago and still waiting for the package even tho upon purchase it states it will arrive within 3 days. Now I’m not getting any sort of communication from them , I’ve emailed them , used the in website chat and even requested a refund . Nothings happening im still waiting and this is totally unacceptable. Such a shit company stay away like the plague.

Bought a gaming handbrake in Dec 25, not heavily used but by March the usb chip had become dislodged rendering the product unusable.
Contacted component authority, sent proof of purchase and photos / video. As a retailer there was no offers of help I just kept being told they had spoken to the factory and didn’t have any other reports and that I needed to take to an electrical repair shop.
No offers of replacement/ partial refund/ repairing.
Communication through email and the 3 rd response was virtually word for word to second with no acknowledgement of what I had actually replied ( maybe AI response) and although asked for a reply with 7 days and it to be escalated to a manager it has been over 10 days and the are falling to now respond.
3 months for this fail and no support is not acceptable and not a reasonable time scale for it to break

Awful, won’t cancel order or issue a refund on item saying it’s been posted even though I cancelled 10 seconds after ordering. Then have cancelled the wrong order.

SCAM - Do not order from here. The item is fake, a cheap piece of plastic that doesn't fit. They will not offer me a refund, despite being within my legal rights and their website saying "Customers can return the goods within 60 days of receipt and process quick refund within one day"

Terrible delivery service….. customer services wasn’t actually too bad …. As for part can’t comment yet as haven’t tried to fit it ….

I ordered a mini stepper and after 20 minutes of usage it had broken. I e-mailed customer service and their respond was that is not their fault and I should get it to be fixed. I e-mailed again and they said they offer 10 percent refund which is 2.5 pounds that I refused as they accusing me that I am lying. Do not spend your money here as waste of time and money. I really regret that I even open their website page.

Don't buy that sending parts scare doesn't work and they don't want to get it back.

Found these reviews to late. Cancelled an order within days of them sending the item. But they still sent it ,,,,! Countless emails wouldn't give a return address, kept offering 10% discount and now won't a re- stocking fee of 30%.

This is illegal in the UK
After 30 emails, being offered a 10% refund I contacted PayPal as this was my payment source
A case was opened against this bunch of criminals with proof provided that the UK trading standards law states the Restocking FEE Is illegal
Im happy to pay return postage but expect a full refund of £70
Paypal reviewed the case and payed me the full amount back
So any of you in the same situation need to contact your payment method for help
Those of you that's already paid the 30% restocking fee have been illegally ripped off

They advertised the part as brand new but its reconditioned. I bought a double clutch from them. UPDATE. PART WAS FITTED AND THE CAR DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY PART IS WORTLESS REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS

Do not use this company. Ordered a product, it was delivered to the wrong address 30 miles away in a complete separate county…. Advised they wouldnt send a replacement unless we paid the shipping again or they would offer a 50% refund. Disgusting and reporting to trading standards.

I ordered a 2011-2015 Nissan Tiida RE0F11A JF015E CVT Transmission Valve Body from Component Authority. The item arrived a week later than the expected delivery date, and when it finally arrived, it was damaged.

As soon as I opened the box, one of the connectors was already unplugged and I noticed visible dents on the solenoid area. I contacted the company right away and provided clear photos showing the damage. Unfortunately, I’ve had no resolution or clear response since then.

Just stay away from that company. Bought an alternator for my bike and even if they said it fits to models 94-18 it didnt. They said that if i send it back i am only getting 70 % of the value plus the shipping cost on me. Not even worth the hassle

Been waiting on an order of new inlet boots fir a GSX 750f , payed for on the 13th of August 2025, have emailed them with them just lying that its been shipped via Royal mail , Royal mail are still waiting on it , its now the 19th August , went on their own site , put in order number and it says that items that havent been despached cant be tracked , no reply to emails over the past 2 days , fuming is an understatement , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!

Waiting for a part ordered on the 11th its now the 17th no update on tracking since the 12th ,they said it was coming by royal mail or Fed Ex its been sent Evri its supposed to be coming from Leicester probably China not happy if it's not here by Wednesday the 20th I will want a full refund as it will be useless to me as I will have to buy one from a proper shop will not buy anything of these again poor service Evri is not Royal mail or Fed Ex Darran Partridge

I ordered a part for Chinese scooter on Wednesday. As time went on i began to think this was a fake company as no updates on delivery through the Evri app. Reading bad reviews from other people had me worried. Today the part arrived (Monday) and can honestly say I'm impressed with my purchase as was cheap too.

I purchased a clock spring for my Volkswagen Tiguan from this company, but unfortunately, the part did not function correctly after installation. Upon contacting them, they advised me to have it inspected by a mechanic. I took the car to two separate professionals, both of whom concluded that the part was likely faulty.

Despite following all of the company’s suggestions, including providing photos and videos demonstrating the issue, they continued to insist it was an installation error rather than acknowledging a potential defect. After extensive communication, they offered me two unsatisfactory options: a 30% refund if I keep the part, or a 70% refund if I return it—citing a 30% restocking fee, which seems unreasonable given that the part appears to be defective.

I’m disappointed with both the quality of the product and the lack of accountability in their customer service process. I expected a fair resolution, especially after providing ample evidence of the problem.

Avoid using this business at all cost! Item arrived but was faulty on installation (Mini LED side/fog light unit), still trying to arrange for a return and refund but have had multiple email responses requesting videos/check wiring etc which I have undertaken but still keep getting further similar responses. Do not use this company.
