Purchased a pair of Woman's GrandPro Topspin trainers with the Tortoishell trim. Excellent speedy delivery and they are absolutely fabulous. Wore them for the first time today. Fit like a glove, soft buttery leather and cushioned sole means they are so comfortable. Love the fact the laces aren't too long either. Very smart and classy. Highly recommend.

It’s been a month since I placed an order and package can’t be tracked. No update at all.
It’s been a month since I placed an order on line. I enjoy the product and have loads of shoes. Product pricy but is solid. I have no issues w/ the product itself.
Customer service and delivery is awful.
First time I ever ordered online in UK. I send chaser where my delivery. Royal Mail doesn’t indicate any status at all. I will not buy online directly again. Still waiting for refund despite handful of chaser. I don’t have habit of writing bad reviews. This is probably my first out of frustration. No follow up from customer service at all! Very disappointed!

Fantastic footwear
I am absolutely delighted with my new Cole Haan shoes. They look fantastic and are so comfortable. The delivery was extremely prompt too, arriving within 48 hours of purchase. It is the first time I've bought from Cole Haan, but it certainly won't be the last.

Excellent service and responsive to email same day. I do think that the items are slightly overpriced.
Delivery was quick and great that you use Royal Mail as they always keep you well informed of delivery schedules.
Website easy to use and ordering process is simple. Disappointing that you don’t offer exchange on your items
The boots I ordered were too big for me and wide at the ankle so have have returned. they appeared good quality but quite heavy which I did not expect.

I've ordered the new Grand ambitions…
I've ordered the new Grand ambitions Angelica Pumps and was really disappointed as the size didnt' match. I have actually gone for 7.5 and they were still too small.
I have had to return them but kept the Grand Pro Max platform trainers size 7 which fit perfectly.

Refund overdue. Return received. Process today
Edit: They did not issue a full refund. They kept the postage fee, which is unprofessional. Be careful if you use this company — they will delay your refund and overcharge for shipping (£9, when it should normally be £3–5).
Hello Cole Haan UK Team,
I ordered a pair of shoes from your UK site in size 8.5, which is my usual size. When they arrived, they were far too large. I tried them on once, then repacked them and returned them the same day in the original packaging. The item was never used.
I did not receive any confirmation that my return was delivered. Only after I emailed did I learn it was in quality control. Today is day 5 and I have been told it is still in quality control. I have not received my refund.
This process is unacceptable. I have sent clear emails and received a generic reply stating refunds may take up to 14 working days, then no response to follow ups. My return is straightforward and in perfect condition. There is no reason to hold the refund.
Please process my refund immediately and send written confirmation today.

If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate through my payment provider and the relevant consumer channels.

We understand you returned the shoes in the original condition and we appreciate the care you took in doing so. Once items arrive back to us, they still need to be formally inspected and logged by our returns team before a refund can be released. Receiving a return and processing a refund are not the same step - our returns team works carefully to ensure every return is recorded accurately and without error, which is why this process takes time.
Our policy states that refunds may take up to 14 working days from sending to be completed, as this includes both the inspection and processing period. I am glad to confirm your return has now passed these checks and your refund is being issued today, with confirmation sent by email.
Thank you for your patience, and please accept our apologies that this process did not feel straightforward and that you were left disappointed with your experience. We hope to welcome you back again in the future.

Cole Haan UK – Disappointing Experience
I saw Cole Haan UK on Google and wanted to buy a pair of shoes. The website said I’d get 15% off if I registered with my phone number and email, so I signed up and gave them both.
When I went to buy the shoes, the discount didn’t apply because they said the item was already discounted. This was never mentioned anywhere. The message I received just said “you will get 15% off” – no exceptions.
This isn’t about the money, it’s about the principle. I felt really misled and honestly a bit stupid. Of course, I didn’t buy the shoes, and I wanted to share my experience. Don’t give them your phone number or email.

ORIGINAL REVIEW
I recently got an email with a 20% Off code. I went to website it did not work. Emailed their customer service , their first reply was quick and asked me to try again. I tried again and it still did not work. Both times I sent them screen shots. However they have not replied me yet since then !
I love ColeHaan brand and already have got 4 pairs of them. I want to continue with them but it will be a shame if they lost a regular customer due to such silly reasons.
