Colco Plumbing & Heating Anmeldelser

Barry is very professional

Due to an interruption to our gas supply our boiler was not working meaning we had no heating or hot water. Within an hour of contacting Colco they had someone on site who fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. Given this was essentially an emergency call out the charge was very reasonable. As I result I have already arranged to use them for some for some planned work in the near future.

I’ve used Colco for business and private work many times and have always found them to be helpful, professional and efficient, but today Lee went far beyond the call of duty by “resurrecting” a boiler which had previously been on an annual maintenance contract with a national gas supplier!
He worked so hard and didn’t complain about the three hours it took him to do the job thoroughly, working through until 7pm. I cannot believe the chunks of calcified soot he removed from it. I have no idea what the service engineers from the other company had been doing, other than checking readings on a computer, because Lee did work that has never been done on this boiler before!
I’m very grateful to Lee and to the Colco team in general.

I regularly use Colco for the properties I manage and I’m really impressed. They show up on time, get straight to work, and are super tidy — no mess left behind at all.
They are easy to talk to, explain everything clearly, and do not try to upsell or overcomplicate things. You can tell they know their stuff and all the guys genuinely care about doing a good job.

Always friendly, helpful and great at their work!

Highly recommend. Had parent’s bathroom completely refitted. The work was seamless and timely, nothing was too much trouble and delighted with the end result. A very smoothly-run operation by lovely people.

Colco came recommended from a neighbour, and they didn't disappoint. From supplying the initial quote to installing a new boiler, their service was excellent. When the small challenge of finding that the floor under the old boiler was completely rotted, they managed to sort everything. It's always great to find a company you can trust!

Colco managed to send out their engineer on the same day I called. Service was efficient, polite and friendly at all points and the problem was fixed with minimal fuss. Many thanks

The experience was great because the difficult situation I was in, was responded to extremely quickly and professionally. I was very impressive indeed. Would recommend highly.

Always really helpful and friendly. From the initial phone call, I was assured a plumber would be with me the same day. The job was carried out quickly and efficiently and I got a call the next day to make sure all was fine.

At last a plumber that knows what he's doing 😁

My tenant reported the electric shower had packed in. A friend recommended Colco so gave them a call and a new shower was fitted in a couple of days. Prior to fitting David called me and gave advice on the best way forward so went with that. Delighted with the service so will use them again.

We were so impressed with Colco and have recommended them to friends. Communication first class...thank you David. The team were here from 8am, worked solidly, dealt well with unexpected problems of this old house and cleaned up afterwards. The standard of work (shower and central heating system) all excellent.... Thank you Barry, Ben and John. We will definitely use Colco in the future.

Excellent and quick service to fix both shower and toilet!

Colco have been out to my house a couple of times in the last month for various issues I’ve had. The boys have always showed up sharp, been professional polite and got the job done despite this house being a little tricky!! I would absolutely recommend to friends and family if you have any plumbing issues.

Had an Air source heat pump installed by Colco and extremely happy. The initial contact was a great experience. David is very helpful and friendly.

The first site visit/survey was a really positive sign for me. John is an extremely knowledgeable guy and it shows. Made sure I was getting the right set up for my house.

I do a lot myself and Colco were really happy to work alongside me on this. Massive bonus for me.

The work itself was successful. The lads were polite and just got on with it.

If you’re considering a new system, I would 100% recommend this company.

I rent a property, this company are often used to attend jobs needing fixed. On every occasion they have been totally reliable, communicated well, attended promptly, fixed the problem and tidied up after themselves. You're always at the mercy of trades companies, most of us have experienced at one time or other a bad experience but thankfully in this house, I feel reassured knowing any issues the property faces, its these guys that attend.
Thank you.
