Colco Plumbing & Heating Anmeldelser

Excellent worker doing boiler service.

Also quick response and amendment of invoice when I queried it.

very fast, friendly & efficient service

Excellent same‑day service and outstanding expertise

Colco responded incredibly quickly to my request for help with a heat pump issue, arranging a same‑day visit which was hugely appreciated. The engineer, Glen, was an excellent representative for the company — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to getting things right.

He took the time to listen carefully to the problem, diagnosed the issue promptly, and explained clearly what needed to be done. What really stood out was that he didn’t just fix the immediate fault; he also reviewed the wider system setup and made thoughtful adjustments to improve overall efficiency. The difference was noticeable straight away.

A really positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Good service all round.

The plumber turned up when I was told he would, and immediately worked out what was needed for the leaking tap. He was very efficient and pleasant to deal with, talking through the options with me. He got the problems sorted out quickly, and tidied everything up when he was finished. Good work, and good outcome.

Clear communication on availability, came when they said they would. Excellent service, the engineer was quick, left the space clean, and fixed the sink. Will happily use again.

Always remind me when a service is due and carry out the work efficiently

Great service installing two new radiators and servicing my boiler. Colco kept me updated on the radiator deliveries and came to fit them quickly. On site the guys were very friendly and explained what they were doing.

Colco are very efficient booking our boiler service every year. The work was carried out on time and has fine tuned the boiler. Thanks again.

Turned up at the time arranged, cleared the clogged outdoor drain, tidied up, charged a reasonable price. Was polite and efficient.

Excellent customer service. Engineer was fantastic.
Colco contact you each year to remind you when boiler service is due.
Have used Colco for the past 3 years and highly recommend them.

Professional tradesmen, arrived on time. Needed a couple of adjustments during works, done without any bother.
Professional and courteous throughout, loved the outcome of works.

Great service from initial contact to John talking us through our options to the team who handled our installation. Due to the age and style of our property the job wasn’t straightforward but the guys pulled out all the stops for us.

The communication between Colco's office and me and between the plumbers and me was excellent.
Both Glen and Barry did execute their work very well which wasn't easy as dated plumbing in a very old property can be challenging I suppose.

Great service
