Unfortunately, our experience with the Bookly Pro plugin purchased from CodeCanyon was completely frustrating. Despite our efforts to configure it, we found the setup process to be overly complex and challenging.
When we sought a refund due to our inability to use the plugin effectively, we were disappointed to learn that refunds were not provided, citing our download of the product. However, we believe that trying out the product is necessary to determine its usefulness, and we hope that our feedback will prompt improvements in user experience and customer service we expect a full refund.

The plugin I bought on their website was extremely buggy and kept breaking my website. Support did absolutely nothing useful to help, and when I asked for a refund, they declined, even though the project definitely did work on my website. Am I supposed to deactivate all the other plugins just to use this? I literally got scammed and they did nothing to help!

Even though there are errors in the applications, they will not refund the money. Be careful not to lose your money. The seller will not refund the money to you and the site support will not refund the money to you.

Purchased word press plugin WP maps pro. Absolutely useless. Full of bugs. Can’t even import data like it says it can. Stay away from code canyon products!!!!!

We have many purchased licences on our codecanyon account, until they blocked out 22.12.2023 total value over 100 euro, we trying to bought new licence from them, and after purchase they blocked us out our account, because we opened dispute from paypal abt unworked licence of our newest purchase.

Because we opened dispute, We loss all licences value over 100 euro, because they block us, also they insist that we pay same fund again, what we inserted to paypal dispute abt unworked licence.

In my case,they work illegally, and non respondbility.

Bought "ChatNet - PHP Chat Room & Private Chat Script" back in 2021 and the dev promised to add "Video and Audio Calls with WebRTC" in the next update which I was told will be "within a couple of weeks". I should have realised this was a lie as the software hadn't been updated since its launch in 2020. Almost 4 years and no update. CodeCanyon continue to remove my comments and reviews because they don't like anything negative, they are only interested in sales. The dev lied about updates to make more sales. I will not buy anything from CodeCanyon again, they are greed driven liars.

Sadly, they were good before. But now they help defend authors who have committed fraud and they remove negative reviews for these authors. I don't plan to buy anything from them anymore, because there are no real reviews here anymore, which would prevent me from evaluating whether I can buy these plugins or not.

keep well clear of codecanyon or envato, it's the same company by a different name, support is not for the buyer, they only care about sellers as they get a percentage of each sale, so they do nothing to refund you or remove seller, what they do instead is block your account, if you are a buyer in the UK, then i advice you to report them to trading standards and the police,
codecanyon or envato or any other name it comes by must not be allowed to dupe people in the UK and Europe anymore, if Australian police is not going to do anything about this criminals, then police here must stop them, the more people that report them the better case that can be build against them

Me bloquearon la cuenta después de mas de 7 años usando sus servicios. Fui a comprar un script y me bloquearon y todas las demás cosas q tenía comprada las perdi me duele mucho pq en verdad usaba bastante está plataforma y me encantaba. Ahora más nunca vuelvo a usar ninguno de sus servicios.

No Support, No trust on codes and lots of bug. They banned accounts when I askedfor refund. Who will provide my old downloads, They are out of ethics.

Code not even working. Bought 2 scripts from them, none of them work. I filed disputes with them, and they blocked my account.
