Extremely Disappointed – Lack of Communication and Professionalism
I initially had a positive experience with SellMyApp, but unfortunately, things took a serious turn for the worse. After agreeing on a reskinning project and receiving a message that the final updates would be delivered soon, communication abruptly stopped. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never heard back from them again.
This is deeply unprofessional. They kept the work that had been done so far without delivering it, and I was left with nothing to show for the money I invested.
To anyone considering working with SellMyApp: be extremely cautious. My experience shows a complete lack of follow-through and respect for the client. Ignoring emails and leaving a project unfinished is unacceptable behavior in any professional setting.
I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this service to others until they seriously improve their communication and client handling.

Something is clearly not right...
Something is clearly not right with how this platform is being run.
Support became extremely slow — or completely unresponsive — and I lost all confidence in their operations. I’ve since removed my projects from the platform.
I also didn’t make a single sale for months, which felt suspicious. There’s nothing stopping them from continuing to collect money from sales while failing to pay their publishers. Be careful.

As a seller on this website, I do not recommend it for professionals, because the site is unprofessional. They delay paying you, after waiting for a month and a half for the pending funds, and when the payment day arrives, the amount is not transferred automatically like professional companies, but you have to call them many times for an unprofessional person to answer you, and tell you that we are still on the 15th day as if they were children. This delay made me delete all my applications and start on the "Envato" website. If you are a professional and like to manage your time professionally, then the "Sellmyapp" website is not your favorite place.

Service with a big lost potential
Our studio has worked with SellMyApp for the past 5 years. In the first few years, we made a good profit with the small complete games for Unity, mostly by selling them in bundles (8 games for only 100$ and similar deals). We lost 80% of our income when we stopped doing this and focused on the quality of our assets, we expected to have fewer products but sell them for full price. That was weird because sales on other platforms increased.
For the last year, we had on average 4 sales per month, and with a 40% commission rate this wasn't enough to continue this cooperation.
Also, for the last few years, the site hasn't improved at all. The bad design and UX of the site weren't that important for our studio 5 years ago, but we expected that the authors would invest and improve the site.
To summarize, SellMyApp was a great starting point for our studio. We were making game templates and getting a profit out of it.
Should you use their service? Yes, but only if you are new in this business.
P.S. Recently authors announced the launch of a new service, and we have big expectations. Keep our fingers crossed :)

Reskin Express
The overall experience I had with SellMyApp was good experience considering am fairly new to gaming industry, and had bad experiences in my journey into getting my gaming business up and running. We had mistake happen, for which one was my fault for not knowing was erroring in testing Admob Ads in inappropriate way that caused my account to be banned. This probably extended the project out longer than should have, along with updating the app to current Google changes at the time, and missing emails which caused miscommunication few times. When project was finalized was still dealing with Unity Ad issues with content labels needing fixing, and worked with my own developer on this, and has recently been resolved. Despite everything though, am very pleased with the game app that was purchased in the Reskin Express section of their website, and my experience with them was good, as well as being an learning curve in how game apps and Ads work in conjunction with each other. Thank you, SellMyApp for giving me your time and patience on the first game of many that intend on having developed. Look forward to our next project together!
