I visited the showroom and am looking forward to receiving my new sofa. Visiting the showroom gives you a good ideas on how to make the most of your sofabed, so many more possibilities and future uses. There are so many different colours and fabrics that are worth seeing in daylight. Craig was very knowledgeable and helpful, really worth visiting the showroom.

We booked an appointment at the showroom and because we travelled from afar, we arrived really early. This was no problem for Craig (the boss).
Craig was so friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about his products - we were blown away.
He ‘opened our eyes’ to a far greater range of products than we could ever have imagined.
His flexibility of product options, delivery and reassurance put us at ease immediately.
I would definitely recommend going to the showroom and meeting Craig.

What a great experience I had dealing with Claire and Michael, who were professional and beyond helpful. My order of a Poppy chair bed in the beautiful colour Summertime arrived, but the fabric and colour were wrong. Having said that there is a very happy ending to this review. Claire advised that I could keep the chair bed that had been delivered until the correct order was ready and then they would just swap them over. This was done without fuss or query. I have never bought anything from Cocoon before but I cannot rate them highly enough and would definitely buy from them again.

Bought a sofa 4 years ago and it's not been robust at all. First the bottom of one storage compartment cracked (with very little in it - 2 blankets and a guitar case). Then the bottom fell out completely on the other side - again, very little in it. Finally the back just fell off it one day. All the screws just fell out and can't be screwed back in. Also, the fabric faded very early on - one side bleach in the sun in less than a year.

I have a small terrace house and wanted to free up space in the second bedroom, getting rid of the double bed, and having a small sofa bed. Having worked with Cocoon in the past, I knew it was a Cocoon sofa bed I wanted, and now have a fab little Alice 2 seater - ready for any guests that stay.
Rob delivered the sofa bed, and navigated our steep stairs well, with some help from my husband.

What a sham, we were told 6 weeks till delivery, was more like 3 months due to staff shortage, then the sofabed came and was too big to fit in the space we wanted due to the makers going over by 9cm which was more than the given maximum it could be over, so waited again for smaller arms to come, should've had a couple hundred refund as if we'd bought the sofa with these arms it was cheaper, but nothing offered, won't be recommending Cocoon, wish I hadn't bothered!

Lovely 3 seater sofa bed in teal velvet(Alice).Good update on our order which took 5 weeks.Delivery people were very helpful, and demonstrated turning the sofa to a bed and back again.
The sofa is firm and comfortable but as a bed we think it needs a light mattress topper to be comfortable.

The service from this company is EXCEPTIONAL and I couldn't be happier with my Cocoon sofa bed. We have a very tight turn in our staircase to our loft conversion and panicked when it would not initially go up. We got on a video call to Craig who talked me through how to disconnect one part (2 screws) and then it was super easy to get upstairs and put together (they even offered to come out if I couldn't do this). Laura was great to chat with when we visited at the NEC and gave great balanced advice. It is very comfortable (kingsize bed!) and holds shape brilliantly. It is so easy to convert that my kids do it. Ashley model is compact and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone thinking about purchasing, you won't regret it!

It was really helpful to be able to see and the different sofas and fabrics. Seeing all of this in person and seeing how it feels to sit on them helped us make our decision.

I did my homework and chose Cocoon as it looked to be perfect for regular use. I did have to wait a while for it to be ready for delivery as I ordered it during the January sale so production was busier. However great delivery team, i was kept in the loop throughout the manufacturing process and I was given a demonstration on arrival. It is a lovely sofa bed comfortable as a sofa and a bed (slightly on the firm side) Would recommend thank you Cocoon

We made an appointment with Craig at the Emsworth showroom. What a delight he was, very thorough in demonstrating the workings of the sofa beds. We actually really enjoyed it, he was clear and made it fun - we will be ordering our sofabed, very clever product. Many Thanks Craig.

I was recommended by a friend to use this company and I’m not disappointed. I ordered the refundable swatch book which was worth it,it was really helpful to see all the options,it arrived quickly and even came with a little teabag to sit and relax with whilst choosing my colour. Customer service was great and although I had to wait 2 months for my sofabed to arrive,it was worth the wait. Communication was great throughout and the delivery was on time and the guys who delivered the sofa were super quick and really friendly. The sofa is great quickly,I’m yet to sleep on it but it’s comfy to relax on,overall I’m happy with my purchase.

This may seem a strange review but it’s the truth. Sometimes errors occur which cause disruption to our lives and when my Cocoon sofa arrived 2 weeks ago and was the wrong size, I questioned if I had chosen the right company. But my instincts told me I had.
As soon as the error was acknowledged, Michael contacted me personally not only with a heartfelt and genuine apology, he was transparent about where the error had occurred. It was merely human error which had caused a chain reaction to my order.
That day, his apology was followed by compensation for the disruption and my time and he assured me that he would oversee the making of my sofa as a priority and delivery within a very short turnaround.
It is not often that I am touched by a customer service experience, as we are not as focused on communication as we once were, but this led me to feel heard, understood and appreciated that companies exist that really give 💯, even when things go wrong.
Apart from this, my sofa is absolutely what I had hoped for, made bespoke for my home. I highly recommend Cocoon for their service, workmanship and ingenuity with their clever designs that are the best sofa beds I’ve seen of experienced! ☺️

I ordered a sofabed in January 2025. I had an email asking me to share my experience of the sofabed on the 10th Feb. I'd love to share my experience of a 'snuggly movie night' and perhaps win the cost of my sofabed. Unfortunately, as of the 25th March 2025, it hasn't been delivered. So, no photos or videos and no sofabed. But you do have my money!

Other companies could learn a thing or two from Cocoon. Laura in customer support was incredibly helpful and professional and responded very quickly to my enquiries. The samples came quickly, the updates regarding the progress of the order were frequent and appreciated and the sofabed looks beautiful. Pete and Sal from Empire Deliveries were professional and put the sofabed together quickly and efficiently and showed us how it worked. Excellent experience from start to finish.

Quick service

Terrible customer service, all they have been saying to me for nearly a month is that they are short staffed and changing their systems so cannot come back. A bit ridiculous especially when they have time to say sorry but not invest that time in addressing your questions and queries !
