We bought a Cozmo sofa last year and we absolutely love it – it's worth the money! But even more so than that, we've had two instances of great customer service:
1. There was a short delay to our delivery which we understand is sometimes unavoidable. Cozmo were quick to refund us the delivery fee, no questions asked.
2. We accidentally damaged the back cover of our sofa and wanted to order a new one. Rather than charging us for the entire set online, they kindly offered to send a replacement of just the back cover for a reduced fee. I feel like so many businesses wouldn't do this and would instead make you fork out full price.

So, 5* to Cozmo for great products and even better customer service!

I can honestly say that the Cozmo team has been excellent from the beginning to end of my experience with them. From visiting the showroom to customer service aftercare, they have been brilliant. I had an issue with my sofa just over a month after receiving it and the team handled it with aplomb. Massively recommend them!

great communication - always helpful

I purchased a Cozmo Cozy 3 Seater Chaise in Spring 2025 and instantly fell in love with it—it’s genuinely one of the comfiest sofas I’ve ever owned (and sat on).

What really stands out, though, is the exceptional customer service from the Cozmo team. Our initial delivery experience wasn’t great, and we ran into a few issues with the setup. However, without me even chasing, Cozmo proactively reached out and offered to replace the entire sofa free of charge.

The replacement process was flawless. A new delivery team handled everything with real care and professionalism, taking the time to set it up properly and remove the old one without any rush. The difference was night and day—and somehow, the sofa feels even better now!

Honestly, I see this as a huge positive. Issues can happen with any company, but it’s how they respond that matters—and Cozmo couldn’t have handled it better. They took full ownership and went above and beyond to make things right.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The quality, comfort, and level of service fully justify the price—you won’t find a comfier sofa or a more helpful team.

Love the look of the sage green sofa unfortunately my husband finds it uncomfortable and I feel I need a couple of cushions at my back to make me comfortable. The delivery service was good and kept us informed throughout the process.

Really lovely sofa, nice a comfy and looks stylish - fantastic delivery and easy to put together as well! Overall really happy with my purchase.

The delivery guys were excellent. Four flights of stairs, I didn't envy them.

I had the most uplifting experience with COZMO FURNITURE. They did everything for me over 6 weeks and refunded me in full ANNE was very experienced and so lovely with helping me through my purchase Scisely was also very helpful I highly recommend this company

Super comfy sofa, lovely fabric.

Attracted to Cozmo because it is UK made, "fits through any door' and has removable/choice of covers. Found the different options and sizes quite complex but in the end chose navy 2/3 seater and armchair. Lucky to live in London and be able to visit showroom - twice! Nice material.Warm and comfortable. Not so nice choice of trim - rust or black - why! Delivery took some time but the firm were efficient, speedy and polite. Only in situ for a week so hopefully many years of use ahead.

Terrible customer communication. After waiting three months, our sofa was only partly delivered on 11th February. We paid extra for delivery and assembly, but only two of the four parcels arrived and no assembly was offered. After unpacking it ourselves, we discovered two more parcels were missing. Now we’re being told it could be at least another week. Simply not good enough from Cozmo and Empire Delivery.

I absolutely love my cozmo sofa and chair, such beautiful pieces of furniture . I can’t fault the process from start to finish , team has been extremely helpful in getting my order right which I changed a few times . Special mention to Rosemarie who was so helpful from start to finish . Highly recommend this company .

Cozmo kept us informed of progress and of the delivery day and time. Sofa is very comfy as and looks great.

I think the assembly instructions need to be a bit clearer, but we got there after thinking it through for ourselves.

Exactly as we expected!

I ordered an armchair. The quality is really good. The chair is beautiful to look at and very comfortable. It was delivered within two weeks. The whole experience was great, I will definitely order again from cozmo.
