We're a coffee and equipment supplier based in Lancashire with a passion for speciality coffee! We believe everyone involved in the creation of Clumsy Goat is of equal importance. That’s why we’re genuinely proud to say that all our beans are sourced ethically and sustainably. This helps us to support the industry, the farmers and of course… their goats! In addition to our beans we stock a wide range of domestic and commercial products, with next day delivery available on most of our range. We also offer purchase and lease options for commercial coffee machines, with consulting and training available too. Excellent service
Excellent service. The whole experience I had from making initial order, receiving item was very smooth with great communication. I had bought a coffee machine as an xmas gift but had purchased the wrong machine so needed to arrange a return. Katie from Clumsy Goat was so helpul and returns process was very easy. I would definetly use again and was really impressed

I have a friend that put me onto
I have a friend that put me onto. Them and said that the quality of their products are outstanding i purchase a set scales which I use every day and they are excellent in quality. I will purchase from them again. They even made the extra effort to send me an email to see if I was happy with my purchase.And that it had arrived with no problems.

After care service has been great , I've had a couple of issues (not Clumsy Goats fault) which have been promptly replied to , at no stage have I felt like I've been left waiting and at all times felt confident the issues would be resolved . Thank you

Fantastic customer service
Just after my I’d placed an order for a grinder I noticed it had gone into a Boxing Day sale. I phoned them up and without hesitation they refunded the difference so I got it for the sale price too. Great customer service in my eyes, I will use them again the future for sure!

Eureka Mignon zero Low…
Purchased Eureka Mignon zero Low retention grinder to replace my old and inconsistent grinder. Good price and delivered well packaged from supplier. Early days but this is a vast improvement over my old grinder.

Rancillio Silvia Pro-X 'ellent!
My trusty Rancillio Silvia machine finally came to its end after twelve years of daily domestic service. I decided, after searching numerous sites to buy the Silvia Pro1-X from Clumsy Goat. Their prices were more than competitive and previous reviews, superb.
I ordered and sure enough my new machine arrived to me in Wiltshire the next day! Follow up service is is great. Just what you expect I guess...but rarely get from others!
I will be buying beans and accessories as and when needed from Clumsy Goat..( interesting name!)

We bought a Sage barista machine from Clumsy Goat coffee just over a year ago, the machine has since incurred a fault and Sage were elusive and avoidant over email regarding honouring the warranty.
We emailed Clumsy Goat to ask if they could help us reach Sage and they couldn’t do enough to help!
I highly recommend them. We will not be purchasing another Sage but we will definitely purchase our next barista machine from Clumsy Goat when we are due an upgrade- Thank you!
