Delivered on time with care and attention
Super friendly, polite delivery man
Would not hesitate to use Appliance Centre again

Brilliant service and communication. Purchased 5 items all at best price I could find. When one item arrived damaged the matter was resolved within hours.

Great service great price

Ordered Miele fridge-freezer and dishwasher and Bertazzoni cooker. Competitive prices and really good customer service. Would definitely recommend

Ordered Neff Z11SZ90G1 Graphite Grey Design Strips - For Slide & Hide Oven and Compact Oven for my newly fitted kitchen. Website was user friendly and price was reasonable. Delivery was as due on 21st September by DPD and the app showed that it was at my local depot and would be out for delivery today however by lunchtime the app showed that it was being returned to sender. I attempted to make contact with DPD but could only speak to a bot which gave me the same information as the app. I made contact with the Appliance Centre customer service straight awaywho were extremely helpful. They managed to speak with DPD who apologised for error but the item was already on its way back and they could not stop it. The Appliance Centre happily sent out another Neff Z11SZ90G1 Graphite Grey Design Strips - For Slide & Hide Oven and Compact Oven straight away with an overnight delivery. I could not fault the level of service they provided. The design strips fit perfectly and just finish of my kitchen.

We ordered numerous items from this company and they are quick to receive your money but not so quick on the delivery. We ordered the items in August 2026 and are still awaiting the items. We have called them numerous times and all they say are they are coming soon. I then ring back and they say we wasn’t booked in. This is getting ridiculous. Who knows when the items will come. If I was you I would order from elsewhere not worth the hassle.

Great communication and speedy delivery once it arrived. Very friendly on the phone and would certainly use again and recommend. Good family company, and seem trustworthy.

Good range of quality appliances, best prices, good service advice and delivery.

Great service. Great delivery. Many thanks.

Having visited their excellent showroom at Newark which gives the opportunity to look at many appliances well displayed, their staff are the loveliest people: super helpful, knowledgeable and listen to what you actually want.
When I needed a cooker hood in a hurry due to an error of measurement, Mason was great on the phone, an immediate email of information, an excellent price, fast delivery to Twickenham. Really saved the day. All the staff are just the best, not pushy just real people who you can talk to. I sing your praises from the rooftops in an age of online, bot and impersonal dealing have become the norm you offer a friendly person who genuinely listens and is interested on the phone and in the store and the chance to see, touch and talk about purchases are fast diminishing. I also rang post delivery and Alex patiently explained and reassured me regarding setting up the filters etc. And encouraged me to call further if I needed any more help. I cannot recommend them highly enough. And I commend anyone buying appliances to use them and support them. In this day and age these businesses should be prized because they serve us so well and make you feel valued as a customer and put a smile on your face. Thank you and just keep doing what you’re doing.

Smooth and professional

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I mostly dealt with Mason and he rang back when he said he would.
So many companies leave queries unanswered; so it was refreshing to get a prompt response.
I’ve never used Appliance Centre before but I would certainly use them again.

Very easy to contact. Great price quoted for my items. Delivery was faultless.

product came on due date and delivery lad helpful

Because of the great service we received from the Appliance Centre last year when we replaced our integrated fridge we decided to go back for our integrated freezer this year.
Andrew on sales was so helpful as was the lady who gave me delivery information.
CDS the delivery company were so polite and efficient.

Competitive price for the product and very helpful when things went wrong. Let down by a delivery company (Furdeco) who were useless but issue was sorted satisfactorily. If you use this company request delivery by CDS which is the other company that they use and were excellent. I have no connection to either company and this is based on my personal experience.

Good price, Good communication with delivery date and time window on day given night before

Great service and excellent price

Excellent cooperation on our order. The service was fast, and the delivery to our client’s residential address in London was perfectly coordinated and organised. Thank you very much!

Great communications, delivery took a while because of the manufacturer but they stayed in touch nonetheless and when I emailed responded pretty instant which is crazy in 2026.
