There were no width measurements on the…
There were no width measurements on the website so I assumed they were smaller thicker wefts, from the pictures, which is what I wanted. Turns out they are super wide and thin which is not what I wanted at all. Now it’s too expensive to return. Further one is opened and if I pay to return it there’s no guarantee they will accept it and provide my refund. So $$$ down the drain either way…

Really bad hair
Really bad hair. My first two sets were unreal, but the last two sets I’ve had have been awful, my hair extension fitter said the hair feels synthetic blend and laced in silicone. The hair becomes soooooo matted at the back, constantly having to brush and sheds hair everywhere. Will definitely be looking for a new brand unfortunately.
Save your money girls and get better hair

These are NOT CURLY! Will not blend
These are not curls. At best they are waves but one wash and they immediately straightened. Will not blend with any 3c curl patter at all.

I’ve used extensions for years but this…
I’ve used extensions for years but this is my first time using cliphair tapes and they are awful within a few days they are dry and shedding like mad! I know how to look after extensions and I can normally reuse hair for up to a year these however will go straight in the bin, don’t waste your money!!!
I will go back to beauty works and not look back

Fast shipping
I received my clip in extensions curly full head in about 5 days from ordering, which I thought was very fast considering it came from the UK. The only issue I have is the texture is not the same as my hair, but that is to be expected. The color is almost the exact same, so they blend really well.

It was the worst in customer care
It was the worst in customer care I have ever had with a product bought online. 1) you falsely claim on your mail order website that the goods could be returned or exchanged (in German) should the goods not suffice. The contrary is the case: the goods can not be returned. 2) It is not stated anywhere that an import tax of around 25% becomes due because the good are sent from the US instead of an office within the EU 3) After asking customer service what to do and how best to alter the colour of the hair to better match my hair colour I received the answer that cliphair will not give any advice on this issue. The fact is the ordered hair piece and the money paid end up in the bin as it can not be used due to false or no information is given by the company. This is against EU law and considered fraud - which you are either unaware of ( which I doubt) or choose to disregard ( which I assume)

Regarding taxes and import duties, these are enforced by the country of entry, not by Cliphair. We do state this information at checkout and in our Terms and Conditions. We understand this can be frustrating, particularly for our international customers, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding on this matter.
As for dyeing, since our hair is 100% human hair, it is possible to dye it, which is why we must confirm this if asked. However, we are very clear in our recommendations against doing so unless handled by a professional. Individual expertise and techniques can significantly affect the outcome, and as a result, we cannot take responsibility for dyed hair, as stated in our disclaimers.
