I had a delayed BA flight due to weather conditions, and as a result I missed my connection.
I consulted click2refund to help me get back my expenses after I got home.
The first outcome was negative, so they took it to a higher legal level. It took them time, but the result ended possitive.
The communication was accurate and pleassant.

Helped by Boris Walker, did a great job and helped me get a compensation for my flight delay. You can do it yourself, but it will take you a lot of effort. You can simply do it through this website and they only take a share of the compensation amount after receiving it from the airline.So no upfront payment needed

Perfect service

I have had two cases handled by them. One is solved ( many thanks to Boris for all the help ) but the other one against Lufthansa is taken to the court and not sorted, yet. It's a one year waiting so far...and a bit frustrated feeling, thought. I know they are doing their best anyway.

Suite à un retard de vol long courrier de plus de 3h, j'ai cliqué dans trop réfléchir sur la page qui ressortait en premier. Erreur fatale car une directive européenne oblige les compagnie aériennes de rembourser les retards de vols. J'aurais pu donc être remboursée bien plus vite sur le site de ma cie aérienne alors qu'avec cette entreprise cela a pris beaucoup de temps, elle n'a jamais voulu rompre notre engagement et on m'a prélevé 29% de la somme alors que j'aurais pu avoir le remboursement sans frais. En plus, ils ne répondaient pas à mes questions, c'était très laborieux. Plus jamais.

An extremely disappointing service. Lufthansa flight: Dublin to Munich was cancelled on 5.9.2025. I started communicating with Click2Refund mid-September 2025. As of 30 March 2026, no success in submitting the claim. Very generic replies from their end within 6 months, no regular communication, no updates. Have strong concerns the claim case will be resolved successfully.

After I lost my connection in Europe and waited 6 additional hours, someone suggested to me I submit a claim through Click2refund. I did and then completely forgot all about it. No worries, you can use Click2Refund. I used them, As I was "overbooked" for my flight from Amsterdam to Cape Town. I got a far compensation.
