Click2Refund reminded me every 2 weeks to complete an application for a refund that I must have started a couple of years ago:

"Dear Joris,

We noticed that your compensation claim for your Pegasus Airlines flight from Brussels/Charleroi to Istanbul on 05/31/2024 is still pending. Based on recent similar cases, you could be entitled to up to €400 — and we’d love to help make sure you don’t miss out on what’s rightfully yours."

When I finally took a few hours to get all my evidence together, and sent it off, I received this reply:

"I have reviewed your case and regret to inform you that your flight is no longer eligible for compensation.
The statute of limitations in Belgium is one year, and since your flight took place in 2024 and requires legal action due to the denial, the claim has expired."

So, they were aware of the exact date and location of my flight etc when sending reminders, but they failed to take the countries' stature of limitations into account, which they would also have known all about.

It was an utter waste of time and I was really disappointed as I'd read great reviews about them.

I had originally posted a poor review and advised Click 2 Refund the reason why.
They contacted me as they understood why I had written such.
The range of fees stated was 20-29% and initially they had charged the higher amount. It was a simple case and they agreed to reduce to the lower amount.

I think their customer relations is very good as they responded positively to the issue I had raised.
I received the extra money in my account within 3 hours.

Totally happy with the Click2Refund service for my compensation for an unannounced cancellation of a flight from Malaga to Morocco. I don't think I would have bothered with the hassle of trying to apply myself. Took a little bit of time to process but no worries!

Although I had heard about a European law requiring airlines to reimburse passengers for long delays, I didn't even think about trying to apply after our plane was delayed on the runway for three hours in Aberdeen. Allen provided excellent service. Communication was clear and helpful. Click 2 Refund obtained the full compensation amount in only a month and notified me that the compensation, less the Click 2 Refund fee was being sent to my bank account.
My only critique is that I was not aware of the amount they would retain for their fees. This is likely in their disclosures, but in completing the application on my phone while on the plane, it was not very obvious. I realize that this may well be on me.

At first I was unsure if this was legit but Click2Refund helped me get even more of a refund than I was expecting. It took some time but I did not have to do anything other than provide my flight details and then Click2Refund (specifically David) took over and I was sent our compensation directly to my bank account. A great experience overall and way better than staying on hold with the airlines.

It’s a scam: they are not upfront about how much money they’ll take from you. For 2 tickets with Lufthansa ($1200) we received ONLY about 50 percent. When you sign the contract with them, they tell you they’ll charge a total of 29 percent. In our case, they took the 29 and added additional 15 percent for so called legal fees, then took more money to send it to us. By the way: it took them more than a year to settle the case: they NEVER told us when it was settled! I had to keep emailing them. They got irritated and told me I should stop emailing because they will reach out to me if/when the case is resolved. They did NOT and I just happened to remember to email them again. Take the information on their website with a huge grain of salt: they are not stating all the facts. I do not recommend them.

Helpful and timely customer service.
