Good booking system for kids clubs and schools. Though has certain limitation it does do a good job in having clear understanding of kids register and some basic communication with parents. However, managing trials especially with families calling in is a huge hustle, if they already have accounts with other clubs. So might need to think of the system on top to do so.

Class for kids has helped me organise my business so much easier and makes bookings etc simple for parents.

The support I've had any time I've had a question has been very clear and easy to sort.

The system works as a user until you instigate a cancellation with club provider. ClassesForKid system does not update correctly and they claim not to be able to make changes directly. Considering the app is hosted through their software they have access to customer data and should be able to intervene. These erroneous pending charges are going to cost them more than a bad review.

I was Sceptical as a new business if it would be worth the money. I can safely say it was the best move I made. Sophie did an amazing video call before any contracts or agreements were signed and showed and reassured me of anything I wanted to and I was them passed to Jonny from onboarding team and now the customer support team are always in hand. I thiink longest wait time when they are open is under 1 hour that is a great thing for me to know superb support

Ive asked for help on several issues I have with class for kids and all i ever get in response is we will pass it on. It’s not suitable for holiday clubs and not being able to give your current customers a discount code to use without having them sign back up to classes etc is slightly ridiculous. I pay a lot of money to be constantly fobbed off with we will pass that on!!

Its a good platform. There is just one big issue for me: they obscure or minimise the fact that your customers can pay by bank transfer, so most customers opt for debit/credit card and then get charged c.5% in platform fees which is exorbitant!

After using this organisation for few years, they grew their business and now they acting in the way the forgot their initial customers. Stopped answer phone call, customer service very poor and giving access to our account to third party. I won't be using them going forward and don't recommend them to anyone.

No contact number. This is dangerous for children. There is no contact number required for clubs. What happens in an emergency?

No support team, no help. I booked a holiday club for my daughter and unfortunately I needed to cancel it within a day. I could not find how to cancel my booking nor there was no help available at all through the site. This just caused me anger and frustration and I finally gave up.
