We have moved to ClassForKids from LoveAdmin and have found the new system is so much easier to manage. It is cleaner, and not cluttered with so many complicated actions. Less clicks to action a payment, subscription etc
Our parents have had no problems moving over to the new system. Jonny helped us get started and can be reached when ever we need him.
The main advantage for us with the new system is we have control over when the parents leave. I was spending a lot of time chasing parents for their final invoice to be paid when they cancelled their mandate and didn't tell us they were leaving.
There is one thing I do miss that LoveAdmin did and that is email templates. I used this function a lot on the previous system. So now, I just have to store them on our email and copy and paste into the group email on ClassForKids. This isn't a big problem to be fair but something I do miss.

Sophie was fantastic with on boarding and explained very in simple and effective manner. The platform does everything you need it to behind the scenes to ensure you operate as professionally as possible.

Jonny has been amazing and really helpful throughout . He’s always at the other end of the phone ready to help and support and has always managed to answer any questions I’ve had.

Colin was brilliant, helped me to get my classes set up as I'm not tech savvy. Explained things clearly and spent the time I needed to get everything listed and ready for bookings. Highly recommend using Colin and class for kids

Really smooth and professional onboarding experience from start to finish. Colin was helpful, responsive and made everything clear and easy to follow. The support so far has been great and I’ve felt well guided throughout the process.

Took a payment from my account even though my son stopped football lessons over 2 years ago! Still waiting on refund and no communication.

Easy set up and great for managing our swim school and lessons.

It has reduced our administration time and made the running of our swim school so much easier.

I highly recommend Class For Kids for any coach or club. The transition has been incredibly easy and has had such a positive impact on my school. Booking, fees, waiting lists and camps have become easier for both me as the owner and parents. I didn’t realise how much of my time was being taken up by admin and chasing payments until Class For Kids stepped in and freed it up.

Sophie has been a massive help, she’s explained everything so clearly and made the transition so smooth. She helped me step by step get everything set up and ready to go. Thank you Sophie!

Class for kids is a brilliant platform. I've only recently started using it, but it has made life very easy for me to concentrate on my sports sessions. I would strongly recommend using these guys. Sophie has been so helpful and patient in setting everything up, also offering guidance and encouragement at the right times. GAELSPORTS.

I actually came across ClassForKids by accident through an advert on social media. I entered my details and completely forgot about it.

Then I received a call from someone on the onboarding team, Colin Inglis. From the very start, the conversation felt different. I explained my situation, and there was no slick sales pitch on the other end of the phone, just friendly, professional understanding.

After that initial call, I knew I wanted to learn more. The conversation was based on connection, meeting me exactly where I was in my business, not trying to close a deal.

We agreed to speak again two months later and had a Zoom call. From the moment Colin appeared on screen, I remember thinking, I would like to work with people like him. He was personable, not pushy, incredibly thorough, and happy to answer every question, no matter how small or “silly” it might have seemed.

I have now been using the platform for a month, and I can honestly say it has taken the majority of my admin off my plate. As a solopreneur, I needed something professional, clear and customer friendly. ClassForKids is exactly that.

The onboarding process was fantastic. It genuinely felt like I was discussing things with a friend rather than a salesperson, which in my opinion speaks volumes about the company culture.

I am sure their customer support will be equally strong, although I have not needed to use it yet, simply because the onboarding was so thorough that I feel confident using the platform already.

So far ClassForKids has been brilliant and has made my life much easier. I like that everything is very simple to use and there's a lot of automation when it comes to the booking system.

The experience has been such a smooth sailing change over from our previous company. We have been able to freely communicate and no questions are deemed silly.
Sophie our accounts manager has been an absolute blessing and there when ever we need her, she communicates back quickly and when unable to know one of our questions got someone in to help us via zoom. Outstanding customer service and with her hands on knowledge as she too used this system, made us feel more at ease. Thank you Sophie and Class 4 kids.
