Sarah has been incredibly helpful since starting my journey with ClassForKids! With the initial calls to help with talking through the system and how to get the most out of it to the courtesy. Calls to check how I was getting on and that’s without mentioning the constant emails checking in!

The system works incredibly well and has saved me countless hours with admin, bookings and taking payments! I can’t recommend ClassForKids enough.

The customer service at class for kids is brilliant. I always get a response within about 20 minutes to a query. The team there are very friendly and helpful! The system is also very easy to use.

Great system. Very easy to use and good service too.
We use it for our swim school and it holds information about each swimmer, their age, medical conditions, notes, parents' details and more. Online registers and easy-to-use termly re-enrolment. Fees collected via Stripe online payments go into our bank account very swiftly. Only downside for us is that it cannot take adult swimmers but I guess that's in that name......ClassforKIDS

Jonny was super helpful and explained everything so well. He was really patient and made the process so smooth and easy.

We wanted to expand our football Academy and using CFK has really helped us achieve this for our regular weekly football Academy sessions.

We also started using the Camps function to great success.

We love that everything in one place and having a safe platform to hold data and be able to communicate with parents really easily.

I’ve used several CRMs in my time and this is really intuitive and simple to work, and expect its easy for organisations with no previous experience to use.

The onboarding experience was really impressive - and quick.

Any questions to the CFK team are always responded to quickly and the team are super friendly.

The price is really competitive and accessible for small businesses like ours.

Whilst the mechanisms behind the system are good, there are issues within the system which prohibit me from using it to its full capability.
For example, class discounts can only be applied each time someone is booked on so if you auto roll students the discount isn’t applied which means manually changing invoices for everyone which essentially is more work for me.
Also, the offline register function doesn’t work if you have more than one class in a venue that has poor signal.

I'm sure CFK would work great as a basic booking system for some kids' clubs, but if I wasn't receiving a discount on the monthly fee and paying full price, I would not still be using it;

- Because I offer PAYG prices as well as Full Term booking prices, I have to have two registers for every class, so I have to navigate back and forth in order to mark all my attendees.

- The registers do not quickly show me how many kids I have booked in for a particular day. I have to count them manually. Very frustrating and time consuming.

- Customers do not get automatic class reminders, which is available as standard through other booking systems.

- The interface is slow to load, making navigation of registers time-consuming.

- I have to manually create and email discount codes for customer cancellations, rather than being able to just credit a customer account quickly.

- I have had a few customers complain about the navigation and layout when trying to book a class; unable to easily find the class they are looking for.

I do like the supportive staff access, but mostly the staff can only explain that the features I'm wanting (such as those listed above) are not available.

The staff have said they will pass my concerns and opinions on to the powers that be, so hopefully CFK will add new features and improve their layout in future, especially for their full-price paying users.

Easy service to use and customer service always quick and helpful.

Outstanding admin system! This has streamlined everything and no more invoice nightmares or eye roll invoice chasing! It’s all done with just a few simple clicks & all the hard-work is done for us! So we can focus on what’s important!

Incredible help desk team who are always available and super knowledgeable unlike the previous admin system we used!

10/10 for customer service & usability

The most efficient and flexible booking system I’ve used. This is my 3rd and I would not change.

There were a lot of tricks when signing up - "yes you can change 'child' to student', 'yes people can easily book in' -not true. There are a lot of glitches with people are trying to book in which actually stops people signing up and booking in. Needs reviewing. Issues don't flare up until you have already harassed all your members to join so you are stuck. There are admin-saving elements, but it needs a big review for me to stay after the first year

Since joining C4K 2 years ago I have saved myself countless hours and stress. We have tripled our business and not having to worry about class registers, invoicing and chasing payments has given me time to do the things I love in my business again!

It is also so easy for parents to book and rebook classes, would highly recommend!

Since moving to class for kids we have doubled our intake and still growing!

I find the system easy to use from both my mobile and laptop. Making contact with parents (individually/certain classes/full school) is straightforward. Automatic re-run of the term is a big time saver too, I spend half the time on admin now.

Classforkids has made a huge difference to the admin of my dance school, very efficient and quick replies from the team if you have any queries. Such a time saver!
