I ordered a long and light black coat and also thought was coming from London. When I saw the reviews I started getting worried as I paid £59.99 on sale for the coat. When it arrived I was eager to open the parcel and see. To be honest I was not disappointed and I love my coat. I agree it is not worth the original price of £200 but certainly good for £59.99. It took a long time to arrive though. Would I order from them again? Perhaps not. The quality I would say is as good as New Look, H&M, River Island and George at Asda.

This is no London shop at the destination given. There is no mother and daughter business. Completely incorrect information.
I even emailed to get details and was told mix of polyester and wool. No wool in this disgusting jumper. No Nordic in this garment and sizing is totally wrong.
When it took 3 weeks to get here I knew I'd been had, but too late then...China wins again.
Why didn't I listen to my gut feeling in the first place 🤦

Ordered three Nordic jumpers - they were all polyester and horrible. Returns to china must be paid for so not worth the postage. This is NOT a UK company although their website shows them standing outside a shop in London which is why I went ahead with the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEm

Do not use this company - they are not who they appear to be. My order of two Nordic style jumpers has just arrived - the colours and quality are nothing like those advertised and returns policy is appalling as you have pay the costs of return to China. A waste of money

Do not buy from them. Shocking quality, false description, looks nothing like the picture and sizing completely wrong. Thought I was buying lovely Nordic jumper from London firm. Took 3 weeks to come from China and not worth the cost of sending it back. Wish I’d read these reviews before purchase

Do NOT buy from this site. Horribly cheap items and sizing advice off the wall. I ordered what looked like a lovely Nordic styled jumper. I’m a regular 8:10 but ordered a size 4/6. It was way too long, sleeves too long, neck way too wide and body wearable but also on the big side. The jumper took over 2 weeks to arrive and the returns policy was at least a 4/5 weeks

I have just received a jumper which has taken 2 weeks to come from China, it is going stright in a charity bag, I am not going to attempt a refund after reading the reviews, I wish I had read these before I ordered, the reviews on the site wont open!! That should have warned me not to order anything, The original price of the jumper was £115 reduced to £34.95, I would'nt pay 95p for it, the quality is shocking.

Really bad quality items. They advertise as being luxury brand based in London with a photo of a store in London but you have to return the item to China where it has come from and pay all the shipping fees. The item does not look like it worth more than 5 pounds and was being sold in a ‘sale’ for 50 pounds. Awful company

Returns policy and process is a farce. No acknowledgment from customer service.

I think you have to beware of clothing companies with 'London' after their name as it implies from UK. Most are from China. If price seems too good to be true it is! I bought a shirt from 'Nancy - London'. Same thing re tracking and eventually arrive quality appalling and they wanted £60 to ship it back. I threw it away!

DONOT BUY items come from China poor quality does not look anything like the picture advertised you have to send back to China for refund which is generally half the price you paid for item just a scam

Site implies its London based supply which it is not, goods come from China. When my item arrived it was poor quality.I Investigated returning the item, but policy states customer is responsible for costs of return, which is approximately £20-£40, so not worth it.

The item looks nothing like picture .. manufactured in China.. 30 day return guarantee is misleading they don't reply to return requests.. they don't want to return money... never again natwest investigating the transaction

The company presents itself as a London/Paris based supplier.
I ordered an item which is coming from China.
Their tracking shows it as delivered but it hasnt been and they are no help at all at getting the photo from Yodel. Yodel keep saying I have to ask Clara and Rose.

I have read all the reviews,I'm just one more,got the coats back in October 25,sent them back at a cost, and still waiting 😡😡 some one must stop this, they own me money as everyone 😡😡

I have ordered two items from the in November 2025z The order arrived and not fit to wear, not at all as described and quality horrendous. This is not UK shop, the return I funded back to China. I am still awaiting refund two months on having paid for postage back to china. I would not give them any stars at all

I ordered a dress which arrived over a month later in the wrong colour.
I was told they would send the right colour which never happened.
My emails are now being ignored. I also don't see options for returns.

They have also now rebranded to Clara & Giles Bristol, with the same awful returns policy. Avoid at all costs!

Company is not based in the UK or London. Items do not look anything like advertised, quality is awful! To get a full refund you have to ship back to China at your own cost!
