DON’T BE FOOLED! The product is junk. No care instruction labels or instructions at all. They say there is a 30 day guarantee and easy returns. All lies. You have to send pictures, wait for the go ahead to return (to China at your expense!), never ending back and forth, offer of sending new junk instead of returning (thanks for more junk?). Offered a tiny 10% credit to keep the junk and only getting apologies for delays. I’m stuck with this junky product that I’m embarrassed to give to charity and they have my money. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered a blouse off FB Caroline & Rose, Greenville. I feel like this site is a scam. I will NEVER order anything off FB again. I received the blouse - around $50 - after a month (thinking it was coming from Greenville) it was too large - I ordered a small and it said it ran small. When I asked for a refund they said they would send a replacement but I had to pay shipping to China. DO not get suckered in on this website! Very misleading web sight!!!!

Everything with this order was a nightmare. Nothing is as pictured on web site. What was supposed to be a linen shirt was actually made of a sleazy shiny knit fabric. Sending items to China I am stuck with inferior clothing that I will never wear. Do NOT order. This is Not a legitimate company.

The item I received was nothing like the picture - clearly AI produced. When I asked how to return the dress, I was offered 10% of my purchase price to avoid the hassle of an international return. Then 20%, then 30%

I ordered from Claire Rose Calgary. Their email address is invalid so no way to return this crappy product. Do NOT BUY FROM THEM. IT IS NOT TWO SISTERS.. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. the product quality is absolutely dreadful!

I ordered 3 tops. I did keep one, (why?). I asked about returns and got a message saying I could pay postage and they would send replacements. Why would I want replacements of poor quality fabric and fit? My next offer was 10% refund and I could save the hassle of returning. 10%??? I am angry.

Same as must peoples AI generated images fool you into thinking this is a legitimate company- using Cambridge and saying they have a small workshop and do everything themselves is absolutely absurd- this is a Chinese company selling Temu - stuff at ridiculous prices - I have no issues with Temu or shein at least you know what you are getting. This company sells Poor quality items with exceedingly long wait times as they come from China not fast Royal Mail as stated on their website. Do not be fooled I certainly won’t again.

Dreadful quality not as depicted in website photos. Attempted to return however discovered I would foot the cost to China not UK!! This was more than I paid for the item. Offered partial refund months ago and still waiting!!! As if I would ever see it! This is a huge scam , my advice is DONOT purchase from this company they need investigating further! I would not give any stars on here if that were an option!

Bought two jumpers and when they arrived they were nothing like the ones I ordered. Cheap and nasty. Labels had been cut out! Like others I was offered a 15 percent refund. Eventually got them up to 70 percent. Nothing arrived in my bank but they said they had sent it and even sent me a screen shot of the refund details. Contacted my bank who, said they had not received it. Went through the dispute team who got me 100 percent refund. The garments are now in the Charity shop!
BEWARE: I was informed that the Scammers will keep you corresponding if they can for as long as they can so you go over the time you can claim from your debit/credit card company. DO IT IMMEDIATELY

This company is a scam. they will send an item of clothing, but nothing like the one pictured. When you ask for a returns label they will offer you a 15% discount to keep it. When you refuse they will eventually offer 50%. that refund never comes.
I have reported them as fraudsters.

What a shabby outfit they are. Ordered a jumper. Far too big despite ordering my size. On closer inspection it looked like it had been worn as was already pilling. Asked if I could return it but was informed I had to return it to China and I would have to pay shipping costs :-(
I have lost count of how may emails I have sent and have finally received a response saying keeping the jumper or donate it and I would be given a 50%refund. Needless to say, weeks later, I am still awaiting a refund. Various excuses. Wouldn't buy anything from them again!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I bought two, allegedly, nordic woolen jumpers. Firstly, I only realised all was not as it seemed when I saw the item was coming from China!! The impression given was this was a British company based in London. I think they have been very misleading.

The jumpers are horrid, no label on them, quality awful.

I have informed them that I will be reporting them to trading standards, to investigate them.

To return the goods is going to cost me, a lot, to ship them back to China!!!

I can see I will probably end up keeping the jumpers and donating to charity.

When garment eventually arrived three weeks after ordering, it was of cheap quality and enormous in size. The packaging did not contain details relating to returns. I’ve just decided to cut my losses and not bother even trying to return the item. However, I will NEVER order from this website again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

My score is zero but it will not register as that. DO NOT BE FOOLED AND BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Very poor quality products, not as advertised and the company itself is just an importer from China. Very misleading and I would not want anyone else to be caught out by this scam. Items that came did not fit as so poorly made. Cost £30.45 to mail back to China and maybe there will be some customs charges on that. Relying on my M&S bank to ensure that my full refund is received and like many others, writing to Trading Standards about this company. Buyers beware.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I stupidly thought this was a UK based company. The website gives the impression they are UK based. Once ordered the tracking details are from China ! The items took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. On arrival the 2 Nordic jumpers are not a good fit. They are much smaller than the size ordered. The arms are very narrow and sizing is completely wrong. Necklines are gapping. Colours are not as shown on the website. They are far darker. The quality of these jumpers is poor. The company do not give a returns address on the website. When you make contact with them to request a return and full refund they do not give the return address, I've asked several times via email. They offer for you to keep the items and give as a gift (!)or to a charity shop, with a 15% refund. I have asked multiple times for the return address (preferably in the UK, as they are a UK registered company)and a full refund and they do not give either. I have reported this company to trading standards and am now requesting a refund via my bank.

Do not under any circumstances order from this company the customer service is appalling.
The refund policy is disgraceful they try to say they will give you 15% refund and you can keep the item. If the item ordered doesn’t fit why would you want to keep it !!
