The staff who helped me named Morgan is great. Very sufficient and helpful

Despite the washing and drying a bit pricier than other service provider, my money return process was surprisingly smooth.

When I tried to do my laundry a couple days ago, the payment terminal had an error, which causes the machine to not start despite charging my card. However, when I contacted the customer service, they were willing to help and approved the refund quite fast.

Even your machine and terminal system are some doubtly trash, Ben is very helpful and resolved my refund quickly, he is a good supporter.

Look at the reviews. Nearly all of the 5 star ones follow an identical format with the names and locations switched around. Ask any student about circuit laundry and they will tell you it is miserable.

App constantly broken. Always releasing a new app that conveniently doesn't reuse your login or carry over your balance. High prices. Extra "administrative charge" if you want to get your money back off them. Support gave me a coupon code to transfer to a new account, but the new app doesn't have anywhere to enter a coupon code. Their own video on how to use those codes is outdated and shows options not available in the app anymore. Disgraceful.
Edit: It turns out you can't use coupons without giving circuit your payment info first. Received an email response accusing me of not following the provided instructions, when said instructions did not include this requirement. Yikes.

Fast refund. Sophia's customer service is good.

I’m contacting them because I’m having trouble receiving the one-time verification code for my account.

Whenever I try to verify my phone number, I receive a notification that says Error, SMS Provider has received too many requests from this account. Please wait a while and press send new one time password to try another SMS Provider.

I then tried requesting a new one-time code, but the code never arrived.

Then, one of their staff tell me to uninstall and reinstall the apps. Now I can't even login

After that, I tried to contact them again. This time Ellie helps me solve my problem.

I had an issue with both the washing machine and the dryer where my clothes either didn’t wash dry and so I was upset that I had lost my money so I reached out to customer service and a lady called Ellie, helped me and was able to give you my refund back in less than 20 minutes. She was really helpful and I’m just happy that I didn’t lose my money.

The support team especially Ellie was of great help. She was very supportive and understanding.

Savairah was such a help. She made sure that we were refunded when the machine broke.

Morgan sorted out my problem and she wad so kind, friendly and helpful

Dryer did not work but my refund was processed swiftly by Morgan.

Absolutely appalling. On 13 September a loose metal part inside Dryer 33 (AA Building, University of Surrey) ripped three of my garments to pieces. This is a machine they are responsible for maintaining.

Their front-line staff do reply, I'll give them that. Every time I email or chat, someone answers, apologises and says the damage team will contact me. Then nothing. I submitted the Damaged Clothing Form (job ref 70791263) with photos and care labels the same day, exactly as they asked. On 18 September I was told in writing that the claims team would contact me "by the end of the day". They didn't. On 26 September a live chat agent told me to expect an update on Monday. Still nothing.

18 days. The damage team has not sent me a single message, not even a reference number or acknowledgement. They had time to send me a link to leave a review on this site though.

I'm a student paying for these machines, and they destroy my belongings and then ignore me. I'm claiming £100 and will take this to the university, Citizens Advice and the small claims court if this isn't sorted out.

Suppor was fantastic,
Machine broke down and would not start after I already payed. Got my money back 30 min later thanks to Savaira, tech support bery patience and understanding despite obvious spelling mistake on my behalf.
