I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Business Waste, UK, in connection with some work relating to our company, and I must say that my experience was truly excellent.

I would particularly like to express my sincere appreciation for Ms. Ava Greening, Finance Assistant, whose professionalism, politeness, patience, and exceptionally pleasant manner of communication made the entire experience truly satisfying.
Rather than allowing a lengthy exchange of emails to prolong the matter, Ava thoughtfully suggested that we speak over the telephone so that she could better understand our concerns and find a suitable solution.
During our conversation, she quickly understood exactly what we required, offered a practical solution, and ensured that the necessary action was taken.
Ava has certainly proved that excellent customer service is not merely about responding to customers, but about listening, understanding, taking ownership, and delivering solutions.

We had some issues with our waste collection but Lili from Business Waste was great - very nice and proffesional , resolved our issue promptly and made sure things were back on track. Great service.

It is so nice to deal with a company that is easy and a delight to work with, if only HMRC and Local Auorities could adapt such practices and staff like thos of Business Waste, ebven the smallest things are no problem and I commend Grace Goudge for following things up for me

Aidan (Logistics Co-ordinator) was great at resolving a few teething issues we encountered with our first Business Waste collection.
He was quick to respond to e-mails and was very helpful.

This company is a scam. They are a sham like Man City. Lately they’ve started charging for fuel which I refused to pay as I explained everyone’s fuel prices are expensive now not just yours. Their prices are increasing and the standard of service provided is decreasing. The only reason I gave 5 Stars is for Thomas otherwise I wouldn’t rate it all.

I have been a loyal customer to this company for the past 6+ years. I have made payments on time every single month. However on this occasion my account was outstanding a mere balance of £33 due to excess weight and they refused to collect my bins which caused me great difficulties.

Thomas one of the managers at this company was excellent. I was told by one of the staff that the bins are collected weekly and the earliest il have the collection is on the 26th. I informed them this was an inconvenience for me due to both bins being full. I asked to speak to a senior member of staff and my call was handed over to Thomas. Thomas went out of his way to find a 3rd party company to collect my bins. This was immensely helpful.

The customer service from Business Waste has been excellent throughout our switch from another provider. The team have been helpful and attentive, checking in with us every week during the transition to make sure our waste is still being collected and everything is running smoothly. That extra care has been really reassuring and made the whole process so much easier. We’d highly recommend Business Waste to anyone looking for a reliable waste service provider!

We had a small issue with a bin service at our rugby club , GRACE WHITE delt with the problem from start to finish going above and beyond the norm, she was professional and also friendly a great asset to your company.

Declan G did a great job in looking after us. After previous issues with other waste providers he found us a real solution and kept up with our case in order to make sure the job was done right way longer than he potentially needed to, couldn't recommend his services enough

Kendra Mayall has been excellent. We had a missed collection but she followed up withe the depot and provided us with regular update until the depot got the issue resolved. Mistakes happen, but acknowledging them and coming through to resolve them is what sets her apart. Thank you!
