Took 4 months to get controller. After 2 months the trigger on the controller stopped working. Emailed support and received an email stating could take up to a month before anyone even looks at my issue. Customer service, quality and communication not on par with the amount charged for controller.

Do Not buy!
I placed an order for a "quick ship" controller after Thanksgiving. I have still yet to receive a confirmation e-mail for the order, although I was charged instantly for the purchase. And good luck with the almost non-existent customer service! They reply back that it will 2-3 week timeframe on answering an email from customer service?! Maybe this company needs to focus more on customer service, instead of posting every few hours on social media. I would spend your money elsewhere, with a more reputable company. Instead of dealing with this joke of a comapny.

DO NOT BUY, your money is worth more anywhere else. I bought a controller and within a week the triggers gave up (my order was already late by 2 months and I expedited shipping which they refunded) they said they couldn’t repair my controller even though I didn’t want to wait another 2 months anyways.

I took apart the controller the triggers are linked to cheap clickers worse than membrane keys and right under the clickers are a sponge there’s nothing special with this controller and it’s criminal that they charge 200 dollars and can’t make deliveries on time ONCE AGAIN DO NOT BUY.

TLDR
For 200 dollars the controller is cheap delivery time is a nightmare and overpriced.

Already 2 months late and no attempt by Cinch to provide anything resembling customer service with zero response other than saying if you contact us again we will place you at the back of the queue. Best to avoid. 16/11 update - after this post Cinch got in touch conceding that they can’t deliver the spec they sold. As not per spec refund requested and Cinch are wanting to levy 25% refund charge, We can’t deliver so are going to rip off 25% of the sales price.

update on cinch gaming controller....💩company...ages to get your controller after you order it...6 months+...bad customer service...4 weeks to get a answer on email...they don't have the parts to build you controller after you pay and order the controller....and if you decide to get your money back they will charge you 25% restock charges even if they do not have the parts to build the controller...scamers and greedy company ...i pay 300+ $ and still not have the controller...I did a dispute on paypal and hope I will get the full refound. in a short sentance DO NOT BUY FROM CINCH BECAUSE THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

I am so thankful for our cinch gaming controller. It did take some time to receive, however the company was fantastic at letting me know every step of the way.

I ordered my controller on June 30 still haven’t received it, try emailing to no response either they should just return my money or send the controller why do this to your company bad and service!!

Ordered a controller on Jun 13th, website stated 3-4 weeks for build and delivery. Had a busy summer and waited 8 weeks before reaching out. No answer to phone number. Got a generic “we are very busy and expanding” email response to my inquiry and no response for another 30 days. Definitely a company that is scamming money either intentionally or through sheer neglect and apathy. If you cannot keep up with orders, shut down your ordering site. Disputing through my bank now to try to get my money back.

Ordered in July and paid extra for expedited build time of 1-3 weeks. As of today still no controller and only 1 reply to an email saying they are busy. Will not answer the phone. I would not order from them.

They take your controllers and you never see them again!
No answer from phone calls or emails. How have they not been in trouble or investigated

My experience was awful I ordered my controller in June still haven't received it numerous emails fobbed off it feels

I paid for a rush build, 1-3 weeks then they sent me a tracker link I could not use the link so I sent them an email asking if the controller was done or not I got an auto-response 3 weeks of asking the same question though emails and thought and comments on the youtube nothing but bot responses then on the 3 weeks to the date that I had ordered my controller they canceled my order on false count's of scam that didn't make any sense and now they are refusing to give me a refund for the 400+ dollars I have spent.

In conclusion: Poor customer service and false cancelation of products would not recommend buying from them unless you want to get scammed out of 400 bucks

I ordered a controller 4 months ago i writed an email they sad it is shipped but i dot received any controler then i ordered scuff controller they delivered me it in 3 days peoples who wanna buy it better buy a cotroller at scuff

Absolutely DO NOT order from this company, customer service is none existent, it's been almost 5 weeks with no update on my purchase, I had to end up calling my bank today and reverse the charge because there's zero communication on their part other than a "Thank you for your purchase!" Email, literally it.

Be warned, this shop is nothing but a cash grab that they hope people forget their orders and move on without remembering they bought something from here.

I have placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago. Never heard since then, product never arrived. I have tried to get in touch via email and via Instagram.
Just ridiculous.
